Our stay was very nice! We loved the spa area both outside and inside. Great location near the lake. The building is also curated and clean. The breakfast has a good variety of local products. Highly recommended :)

Very good breakfast, nice sauna area

The staff were lovely and really helped us. The pool and spa facilities were great. The proximity to the lakes was excellent (especially with the help of their E-bike rental).

Shutting the pool at 7pm was a shame, and perhaps it should be made more aware that some accommodation isn’t in the main hotel.

Very nice room, hotel well located. Staff was excellent and very helpful.

Wonderful, friendly staff, a beautiful spa section with 3 different saunas, a fabulous breakfast - all placed in a charming village. We loved our time there and hope to return next autumn!

The Junior suite was very spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant was good.

The customer service in the hotel left alot to be desired. The staff seemed to be either to busy or annoyed to be helping people. No one gave you much information on how the breakfast worked and we had booked our dinner for 7pm and you were not allowed in not even 1 minute early. They certainly didn't make it a nice experience.

Odd that there is tea and coffee making facilities in room, but no sugar or milk available, even when we asked. Staff in the restaurant weren't very friendly. They seemed stressed and one staff member in particular (Elena) was blunt and rude. Young man working behind bar in afternoon was also unhelpful and unfriendly to guests. The hotel is attractive, but lacks warmth, it is very stark, rooms included. It needs artwork on walls and more potted plants. The staff were all quite young and seemed to lack direction at times and were certainly not of a high standard of professionalism. Disappointing.

I liked the delicate scent of wood throughout most areas. I was told the hotel was renovated about 6 years ago, to include wooden cladding and tasteful accents, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, while still feeling very much like a modern hotel. Open views towards the mountains, valley and lake Caldonazzo. The outdoor breakfast area was also very pleasant. The staff went out of their way to provide an assortment of delicious, gluten free carbs (including warm buns and cake!) for my coeliac travel companion. Delightful! Just wish we had arrived in good time to try the wellness areas. Next time, for sure! :) Noticed a couple of guests with well-behaved dogs. Wonderful to know furry friends can also be accommodated!

Everything was great. Breakfast with the smoothie bar was the icing on the cake. Definitely the best place to stay in Levico. Will definitely be back!
