We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

That even though we were residing at the hotel and we used to eat supper in the hotel restaurant, we had to pay for the coverage.

The windows could do with a bit more soundproofing on them. I was on the airport side of the hotel and you can hear the planes.
Second time I have used this particular hotel for an overnight stay. The rooms are nice and spacious and reasonably soundproofed. I particularly like the bathtub.

The process in getting from the hotel back to the airport was a bit confusing so we ended up walking in the end

Shuttle bus not running during my stay. Had to take a 5 minute taxi ride that charged 15 euro's for it. No meter, no choice and walking no alternative in the pouring rain. Not the hotel's fault but be aware of Malpensa taxi drivers! Rooms are noisy, sound proving could be better especially because your sleeping next to the runway. Place is quite old and need a bit of updating and cleaning here and there.
Close to the airport. Restaurant serves good food. Staff is friendly.

Maybe they are lack of manpower, the cleaning standard is not professional housekeeping employees. Breakfast spread is so so. Anyway it doesn’t match 4 or 5 stars hotel standards.
I choose this hotel because it is crown plaza. But I am a bit disappointed

The hotel is quite old and dated, not the standard we’ve expected from Crowne Plaza in the US. Also the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and far from the airport road

There were some loud sounds (like explosions?) outside in the night from which the whole building vibrated. The portions of the food in the restaurant were about 100g. That was the smallest portion I saw in my life. I don’t believe mashed potatoes are so pricey that you couldn’t put more than one spoon to go with chicken breast.
Room is nice and clean and has a bath. Temperature in the room is comfortable.

I think the 15 Euro charge to shuttle to the nearby airport was a litte expensive.

The bus from the airport was very delayed and it took us quite awhile to then walk from the bus stop to the hotel. I'd recommend just getting a taxi

It was very warm in the rooms. The aircon turned down did not seem to work and I eventually had to open the window for cool air. Other guests were complaining of the same thing.
