The rooms need some TLC, our shower leaked from every angle and soaked our bathroom floor each time. The AC/heating didn’t work and all of the plugs in the room worked sporadically.

The staff were really helpful and polite. Check in was quick and they checked us into our rooms early. Both of our rooms were clean, bright and spacious. The hotel is in the perfect location to explore the city.

While the breakfast was good I would appreciate a bit more variety. A/C is noisy and can be annoying from time to time. A couple of times electricity was cut off in the room, but it was not a major issue.

Good location next to the center, bus stops, and not far from the port and beach. Nice stuff. Clean and comfortable rooms with TV and internet connection. Good breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and helpful attitude, always wearing a smile. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a delightful start to each day. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.It is also situated in a very good spot where everywhere is just a few minutes away. we were advised that the AC is broken before arriving and complimentary breakfast will be provided in return if we still decide to stay and yes we did. the wifi does not work anywhere else except in the lobby and we have told reception multiple times but nothing was done.

When we arrived there, the staff member told us that the AC doesn't work. You guys could call us in advance and let us know about it, so we could consider to come or no, you had my italian phone number and it was not a problem. But you decided "to play smart" and put us to the situation when it's just impossible to find the accomodation at that area. As 'bonus' they offered us breakfast for free. We didn't want to get breakfast and instead asked for partial refund for uncomfortobale condition(it was begginig of september which is hot for Sicily). The stuff member refused as an excuse she mentioned that money goes to booking, not to the hotel etc. Well, my husband works at the hospitality and knows exactly how it works. So we called to the booking.com and technical support said that partial refund is possible, they just have to iniciate from their side. After technical support from booking.com called to the hotel - and the problem was solved straight away. You shouldn't screw customers like that. The image and impression are nor equel to the amount of money which you tried to save refusing partial refund.

The air conditioner wasn’t working, when we asked the staff to fix it or to get us a new room, they said it was a general malfunction of the entire hotel and gave us a fan. When they knew beforehand it was already broken and no heads up was given, we felt tricked

Very good location, next to the station. One can also walk easily to the port . Room was big and tidy. Staff was very helpful and let us check-in earlier. To sum up, would recommend this property.

The beds were not comfortable and there was only one pillow so the level of sleep comfort was not good. The breakfast was so so...no hand sanitizer and as much as squeezing your own orange juice is lovely, it must be used by a lot of people. Considering this hotel marks itself as 4 stars it was lacking a lot. Location was really great ..a short walk from the center and beaches
