Great!! Great hospitality by the host for filling up the fridge with all kinds of drinks and water and providing some breakfast snacks for the coming days. Nice location and contains everything you will need.

It was conveniently located close to public transit, train station and beach. Enzo was a pleasure to work with. He provided door to door service from train station and back. He gave us helpful information on where to eat and things to do in the area. We would certainly book with him again when in the area next.

Nothing not to like.

Absolutely brilliant property located perfectly in a quiet but beautiful area. Just a short bus ride from the likes of both Desenzano and Sirmione. Enzo is a legend, a truly happy guy who is super helpful and friendly. He messaged us to pick us up from the train station and dropped us back off after our stay was done. He also provides free beers and let us see his kitten! Great property, with a real ‘personal’ feel, highly recommend.

Like other posted reviews, the host is exceptionally helpful and kind. He was almost always available for our questions. The accommodation was spacious and due to the courtesy of the host, we had a completely filled refrigerator with water, some small juices and beer, free to use. There were also some small snacks, brioches and crackers to go with coffee. These too were not charged and free for consumption. The air conditioner was very helpful at night as it was very hot when we traveled. The accommodation is 15-20 min walk to the nearest beach.

Everything exceeded our expectations, However, to state a minor issue, they have charming old wooden windows. On one of the nights, there were strong thunderstorms and although the windows were closed, the strong winds kept hitting on the windows making this constant noise which was bit disturbing to our sleep. But again, as said, it cannot be blamed on anything.

The room was very nice and stocked with lots of little extras. We appreciated the drinks in the fridge and the breakfast rolls. The host was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed with Enzo twice, once in a double room and once in the suite including a small kitchen. Both rooms had really comfortable beds (there were memory foam pillows available that were amazing as well!) and were really clean and well equipped. In each room there was an electric kettle, a table and chairs with cutlery and dishes, as well as a small fridge, AC and lots of storage room. There were even a couple of drinks (some varying small packets or cans of juice, beer, ice tea) and bottles of water in the fridges, tea and coffee (either instant coffee or Italian coffee to be cooked on the stove in the suite) as well as snacks like marmelade filled croissants and TUC crackers (all packed/sealed in plastic) available to eat and drink for free, which was really nice! But what really was the cherry on top of our stay was Enzo himself! What a wonderfully kind and sympathetic person that really went above and beyond for us! He picked us up from the nearby trainstation (we had pretty bulky bike suitcases with us) and also dropped us off again at the end of our stay. He was very kind and flexible and we couldn't have asked for a better host! 10/10 - we will be back for sure! :-) Other than that, a beach and several restaurants are just a few minutes walk from Enzo's place, which was nice. If you want to go to Desenzano's centre, instead of taking a bus you can just take a walk, preferably alongside the water, starting at the beach closest to the apartments. It's just about 2 km, so makes for a nice little walk in the sun.

Enzo is a really good person and a host. We are impressed about his kindness and hospitality. The room was clean, there were different kinds of bathroom supplies, tea and small comfortable kitchen, two kinds of pillows. I really recommend this hotel, we felt like at home!

Loved this property. The room itself was clean and comfortable and in a great location near the lake and eateries, but we loved that the owners put in extras. They actually cared about their property and our enjoyment. 👍

The location was quiet, away from the main tourist areas with some good local restaurants within a few minutes walk. Dasenzano main town a lakeside 30min walk. Free roadside parking available.

Enzo was a fantastic host! He picked us up at the station. The location was excellent. Walking distance from the beach and restaurants. The apartment was very neat and stocked with nice goodies to eat and drink. Thank you so much Enzo!
