In the description of our two bedroom apartment is mentioned that is washing machine in the apartment, but only at the basement are 3 washing machines for a total of 14 apartments. There is no washing machine in the apartments, be prepared for this. For some this may be an inconvenient.

Everything was ok, excepting the washing machine problem described at the negatives.

The beach is 5min by walk. The flat is big, very comfortable, clean and modern. It was our 2nd time here. Restaurant, shops, game world in 5min by walk.

Nothing worth to be mentioned, as already written, apartment was above all expectations - the nearest bicycle rental in Via Delle Nereidi 10 (Biciclettiamo) is a swindler, we have got 4 bikes for two hours with tyres well prepared to last only one hour. We have used only bicycle road in Lidi di Jesolo, and two of our rented bikes have got flat tyre, so one hours we had to walk from the end of Lido di Jesolo back. The guy wanted to get extra money from us because of two flat tyres – according to his artificial sigh, describing how much work will be for him to fix those two tyres etc. it was obvious, that it is a well-prepared business model there. We have not paid any extra penny and after threating with police, the guy has given us back my ID (one ID as security deposit for rented bike is not unusual). Avoid them, no other experience with other bike rentals in Lido di Jesolo, it may be others with similar “business model” as well, so I would recommed first renting one for two hours and if it is okay, you have found a fair place for renting the bike.

We were first time in Lido di Jesolo. The apartment was as seen on the pictures of booking.com, We have got one of the two apartments on the highest (7th) floor, it may not be seen on the pictures, but you could walk around the balcony and due to location of Lido di Jesolo, we have got sea view on all three sides of the apartment, without any disturbing buildings, trees or whatsoever objects. Friendly talks late evening here with lights of Lido di Jesolo in the backgroud were priceless. At our arrival the host has given us all necessary information and we did not have to meet each other after that, everything was perfect. The laundry free of charge on the -1 floor is also priceless, no incomprehensible stupid games with extra payable beddings, towels, shower gels or other negligible things as at some other apartments in Lido di Jesolo (read the reviews!). At Casa Miriam you are getting quiet, well equipped and clean apartment, where you can sleep, eat, bath and relax. As a tourist, you have to take care only about the rest – travel and possibilities in Lido di Jesolo - which is totally independent from the Casa Miriam apartment.

our arrival transport was much quicker than expected but this wasnt a problem and the host met us over an hour early and let us in to the property no problem and also arranged somewhere for our cases after checkout on the final day as we had a late flight. amenities exceeded expectations and the location of the property was perfect. would use again and would definitely recommend

Great Apartment but if you particularly want to be near Venice this location may be a bit far away.

The apartment was very close to the beach and amenities in Lido di Jesolo, Venice was further away but buses and boat stops nearby to get there.

Everything was as described. The apartment was clean and warm, and it had all we needed. If you are coming in warmer periods, big plus is an enormous terrace.

The bed and mattress are not very comfortable for my back. It will be good to buy furntiture pads for the chairs (It is very loud to move chairs on the porcelain stoneware).

Everything was really good. The kitchen had everything to cook dinner. It will be comfotrable to live for a long time. Good parking in the yard. Close to the sea and food shop. The flat and the balcony are rather big and comfortable. There was a bad weather and the host even gave us the umbrella) The building is new. I do recommend this place to live)

Nothing, it was great

The best accomodation we have stayed in on our trip. Excellent value, spotless and spacious. Central location, a few minutes walk from the beach and supermarket. The huge balcony, accessible from every room was great. Davide who manages the complex was so helpful and friendly. He had great English, was just lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Loved our stay here, wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we return. Thank you so much :)

There was no cleaning of the apartment during our stay of 7 days. The reasoning was that we only paid for cleaning after we leave the apartment (I would not expect to have to pay for that anyway). WiFi is very unstable both in the bedrooms (most often borderline unusable) and in the living room. Even though everything is ready for cooking, if you want to cook prepare to eighter bring or buy oil, salt, pepper, any additional spices. With some small tweaks and a bit of investment, this would be really great value for the money.

Everyone we communicated with was very friendly and helpful. The location is great, 3 minutes from the restaurants and shops, 5 minutes from the beach. Apartment is very spacy with enough room for everything. There is a parking space within the building area to safely park the car. Each room has its own airconditioning. You can ask for new towels and bed sheets whenever you need them clean.

The mattress - I felt the springs of the mattress against my back.

I liked everything, the location, the view (7th floor), huge balcony, all equipment (all felt like new), car park, surrounding with many lovely restaurants and grocery shop and few steps from the beach with free umbrella and sun loungers. But the most important, Davide, the sweetest and most helpful gentleman in the world. Thank you, Davide, for everything. It was amazing stay!

Madam Mariuccia and her son Davide are very exceptional hosts. We felt very comfortable in their apartment and the surroundings. They are always there to help you. They provide you everything whatever you need for a comfortable stay.For example Madam Mariuccia and her family take the feedback from her guests seriously and improve up on their services. Now they have Bialetti coffee machine and a besen. The beach is not so far, clean and very family and kids friendly. It was a big pleasure to spend our holidays in their apartments. Thanks al lot!!!!!
