The missing care for details in the room (table moved from wall, bathroom renovated but with old toilet seat cover and other signs of the previous re-make...)

The continental breakfast unusually rich for the Italian standard (although missing some fruits), and the courtesy/professionalism of the staff.

The hair dryer was damaged. Breakfast for money, witch we paid was very poor. For 9 o’clock already was empty plate of cheese, of Sausage and fried sausage. Only sweet Breakfast was left. Also plate of the Cucumber was empty. I definitely didn’t recommend to pay extra for breakfast.

The hotel is very dated but they seem to be working in some issues. Carpets definitely need replacing and a new coat of paint in certain areas

the water stop in the bathtub and there are too much ants in the room , the location the booking was not accurate about the place .. there wrote its about 10 km while it was more than 20 km to the city center , the breakfast was very little and not available for all the guests

Not good in fact .. if some one want to come efter 9 in the morning there is no egg and bread and chees .. you must come at 8 in the morning to have egg , chees and bread .. there is no other options .. i hope that the hotell will try to fix this problem.

When I entered the worker was not friendly. Entered the room find spider on my bed, some lights on the room are not working and some has replaced with deferent colour, shower head was not clean and look very old. The place is very far from the centre and there is no comfortable transport system.

The price it's was the cheapest on that time when I booked but I should have paid for other places

the showers don’t have anywhere to place your things, the hotel walls are so thin that I could hear someone from the next room snoring, no one lets you know the time of housekeeping and there was a day that my room was not cleaned even if I left and let them know that I left

The reception desk as well as the waiters and cleaning staff were amazing and went out of their way to make sure that I am comfortable and all my needs were met during my stay of 5 days which included the easter long week-end. I liked the neighbourhood and all it could offer.

When we book the room we thought there was a nice restaurant in the hotel but it was closed due to Covid, not their fault I guess but should not be advertised if closed

The hotel was clean and updated, short bus and train ride into rome central. Staff was courteous and helpful and there was indoor garage free parking

Staff was rude when I was trying to get my rooms and wouldn't not let me check in without everyone present eventhough rooms were mine and paid for by me. Shower leaked everywhere and clogged so I was standing in dirty water entire time then the bathroom flooded of dirty water.

The shower was really gross and dirty do not recommend also the room looked bad and everything smelled, gross carpet. The breakfast is really bad do not except good food or just food. Also really far away from the central area.

Nice and quiet place. Good neighbourhood, safe. Bus stop is near to the hotel. Spacious room for three persons. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean room and bathroom.

You have to pay more attention to cleaning of room. there is simply horrifying mold in the room, especially since it is located right next to the bed, which is intended for the child 😡🤬 it is dangerous to spend the night in such a room!!!!
