Room cleanness breakfast was posted to end finish @10:00 but was finished @9:30 couldn’t even get a coffee

Location was excellent but car parking trickier than expected

Breakfasts were a disaster - there was a large group dominating our whole stay - breakfast was moved to a basement which did not reflect anything like what we expected- the buffet had been designated by 9.10 am all empty plates no choice of hot food left and no cheese a much disappointing service altogether - milk was off too

Rooms were lovely, clean and great air con. Breakfast was wonderful.

The hotel is centrally located in the main square, which is very lovely. The hotel is so cute, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the breakfast. They even had a juicer to make fresh orange juice. The murals on the ceiling are beautiful and a great touch.

Beautifully decorated, ceilings were magnificent and on site restaurant. The morning breakfast was delicious and extensive choices including freshly squeezed juice.

Central to all places of interest

Right in middle of Assisi - ideal for walking. Good restaurant and helpful staff.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the available car park was a bit of a drive to find.

Location : It was perfect for us! It is in the center where walking to St Francis Assisi was just 10mins and to St Claire was maybe 5mins. It was easily accessible to many other places too. The local bus was easy to hop on and off too. Breakfast : Just the usual. Room : It's clean and spacious room.

Staff communication - I asked about transportation twice but received no replies. On the 1st night, it started raining heavily. The hot water was not working well and we told the staff. We did not hear back until the next day where we need to ask for updates instead of the staff giving it to us. The safe in our room was not working too. They came twice but could not fixed it. They could have offered an alternative.

The staff is very supportive

Quiet. Near the embassies so very safe. Within walking distance of a lot of the tourist spots. We are in our mid 60s and walked to the Forum, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain. A highlight for us was getting a fabulous breakfast every morning and especially memorable was the server making us cappuccino. Picture of breakfast buffet is attached.
