Perfect location for visiting Pompei ruins. All the staff were very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hot water is not hot but warm. We can’t get good showers. We wanted to check out earlier but leave the car in the garage until 1pm since it is low season and parking lot is almost empty and the hotel check in time 3pm. But the front desk refused. Then we have to check out easier at 8am since we need to visit the historical site nearby for 4 hours. The front desk gave us the wrong parking info for the parking lot nearby. They told us it is €2 per day but in fact it is €2 per hour. We had to put the luggage in the hotel. But the hotel doesn’t have a locked room for luggage. The hotel only has an area in the lobby not even front desk can see the luggage. In the lobby, you can smell sewage back up smell.

The location is great. It has an indoor parking garage. The room is clean.

There was a parrot in the cage outside who was really cold and sometimes we could hear his painful screaming during the night, and we couldn’t help him, so we felt bad about the bird.

Bathroom was a little narrow but worked fine.

Adjacent to Pompeii, air conditioning, wonderful parking, didn’t have to travel too far into town, great breakfast, staff friendly and helpful. Staying at this hotel really worked well for us in downtown Pompeii.

Unfortunately, the bed was way too hard for me and this impacted my sleep. Another issue we experienced was the soundproofing. We could hear everything in the corridor and the walls into the next room are paper thin, so this became a problem when vacated with noisy neighbour's. The rooms were clean upon arrival however, we stayed five nights and the bedding was never changed, with no housing on the last day.

Location was perfect, directly across from the ruins. The connected restaurant was amazing and we'll worth a visit. The hotel buffet breakfast was good, with plenty of selection however, you do have to arrive early to avoid limited options as the cooked food seems to run out quickly. Staff were amazing and helpful when seeking directions to attractions.

One of a few reasons that my son and I chose to stay in your hotel was the games room facility. We thought this would be fun evening entertainment. Unfortunately this are was closed.

There was a light bulb in the bathroom next to the shower cabin that didn’t work well so it was a little dark inside the bathroom but it didn’t really bothered me.

Loved the view and vicinity right next to Pompei ruins. The room was clean and comfortable, decent and nice hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast is quite poor quality especially coffee and juices. Also had loud music and very bright white lights in the dining area. Mini fridge in our room did not work.

Unfortunately there was nowhere to hang your towel while in the shower, nowhere for the soap or shampoo while in the shower but the floor and a tiny TV almost no larger than a laptop!

Excellent situation opposite one of the gates of Pompeii, and right next to some nice restaurants. The room was clean and comfy and the breakfast offerings were great. Staff was very friendly.
