The water heater was not working so no morning shower. Parking is in the street and difficult to find. Watch out! the checkout is at 10:00 so no time for late morning and lie-in :)

It is an apartment with three rooms, two of them have terraces with beautiful beach scenery. Good value for money accommodation if you are traveling in a car for a visit to Amalfi coasts and Salerno.

Great view from the balcony! There are shops in the neighbourhood. The old city is 40 minutes by feet along the road near the beach. We had a great dinner in a wine bar just a few minutes from the appartement: La Botte Divina (really recommended: nice food and very helpful staff, nice restaurant full with wine). After the crowd in Napoli and the busy Amalfi coast this was a nice and less overpriced place to stay in a Italian neighbourhoud outside the touristic centre.

It was extremely noisy. The building is separated from the beach with one way road with a lot of traffic, even at night. It was hard to sleep even with the blinds were down and window closed, so we bought earplugs which helped a lot.

The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning. The apartment super clean and had all necessary things like pots, complimentary shampoos, many towels. It’s not in the centre of Salerno but it’s well communicated with bus station and harbour (around 10-15 min by bus).

Check in process was challenging/stressful because of our bus & ferry timing to get there and meet the host at the property. Our travels around Italy have us preferring self check in process vs needing to meet someone at a specific time.

An electric kettle for the tea would be nice. We also had thought we would have got a better view on the sea.

The apartment was next to the beach. We loved the bath tub in the room and the general atmosphere. The owner paid attention to details while furnishing. It was really cozy.

Everything was fine. I would’ve benefitted from another mirror somewhere so that if someone is in the bathroom, you can still get ready.

The lady was rude when I told her I wanted to check in a little before 12pm. She demanded to give her a 10 on booking. Then she blamed me for putting the key inside the lock which is needed to get out of the apartment. She needs to chill and be more friendly. Also, they need to change the locks.

It says has a balcony (and the picture on booking shows it) but when I asked the lady she said they were occupied with other people. Disappointed because that was the reason I booked it in the first place. Also this is the only place in Italy that charged us a "tourist tax" of 1.5 euros per person in cash - not sure why? Be aware the free parking is on the street.

Beautiful decorated and very clean apartment. Good size of the room and beautiful view to the beach from the window. The apartment is just in front of the beach. Supermarkets, restaurants and stores walk distance. Good pressure of the shower.

The bed was not really comfortable both for myself and my wife. Windows are pretty old and need certain repair in closing mechanism. No trash-bags were provided. Host claims, there was no washing machine, but i think it was hidden in the closed closet in the bathroom.

Check-in was pretty easy and welcome. We had a room with see view - the view is splendid and this is the main advantage of this stay.

Some of the towels were threadbare and could do with replacing. The wall by the shower could do with additional cleaning.

The studio apartment looked out right onto the sea and we could hear the relaxing sound of the sea from our room. The kitchen had useful things like a coffee maker, fridge/freezer and airer/dryer. The decoration was modern, industrial style.

I placed a request for late checkin at the time of booking. The owner accepted the booking and said, late checkin not possible. because of this I had to cancel visiting one important place. There was no policy for changes to a 2 year old kid. The owner asked for extra charges for that.
