There was mold, dirt, poor maintenance, 2 air conditioners were out of order. Not enough supplies, broken toilet seats and chairs. Too expensive for the facilities.

The stay was not good from the start, A few days before our stay we did not hear from anyone with conformation information a couple of hours before while traveling to the place we get an email stating that there was an error with are charge card. So we put in the information & the money went through right away. Then they sent information for us to go to one building get the keys for another build & that is where we were going to stay that night then to bring the keys back by 10:30 am to the first place we were suppose to stay & come back at a later time to get the keys where we are staying the next night ( which was the first place we went). NO One tells us how to get into the front door without a key & they knew are arrival time was going to be after midnight. So we finally got in, got the keys went to the other building for the night we reserved a luxury room with a king size bed & 3 singles since there was 4 Adults & 2 Children. we were going to make it work for us. We get to the room & there was a King bed & 2 singles so now we are crampy to share beds. So we ask if there is a place to store are backpacks so we didn't have to carry them all morning until the new check in time at the other building, the guy says yes in the reception area. We get to the next building & the maid says NO we can't store are backpacks so we calls the guy & he says Yes put them in the room she's cleaning that will be your room, OK we go into the room and again it has 1 King bed & 2 Singles, so we are thinking he's going to have us move to another room when we get back because again there are NOT enough beds for all of us.. So we go out & enjoy our day in Rome, we come back & the floor is wet in front of the bathroom, the air conditioner is not working & it's hot in that room, I try to call with no answer so I text & tell him of all this, There is so much more to say yet I ran out of space to explain more.

The room was clean & big.. The location was nice the bus stop was right down the road. Vatcin City was close enough to walk. NOTHING the shower if you barely touched it would either scroll you or freeze you & we had a baby when this happened. The air only worked because my son emptied that pan.

The description said they could store your luggage at Reception from 9am. When I requested this I was told it was too dangerous for them to store our luggage as Reception wasn't manned. I had to pay €100 to keep the room on just to store our luggage as we weren't flying until 9pm. The description also said there was a living room with sofa bed. There was no living room with sofabed which made it very inconvenient for our party of 10. I have it in writing from the accommodation that there was an error on the description but they refuse to compensate for this. They offered 20% off next booking but we would not stay there again. No hot water in shower for 2 days. Faulty kettle as wouldn't turn off. Dangerous broken plug socket in bedroom. Lll

Only one socket in the room with an extension lead that was cracked and dangerous. Shower door missing. Curtain there to replace it. Tea and coffee making facilities but no cups or spoons or tea or coffee. Went to leave our bags in their office to help us or answering phones

Have to check in approx 5-10 minutes from place we stayed at . We all , family of 4 , trundled up to check in with cases expecting it to be where we were staying but then to find it wasn't . When we found apartment cleaner was still there and not finished despite it being past check in time . We just dropped our cases and went off exploring after she showed us how to unlock the door . We had 3 apartments technically to accommodate us and kids as they are teens . All had showers . Room daughter was in had a large damp patch in the corner of the room and paint on walls was very patchy . Needs sorting. Kitchen very basic . No bottle opener or corkscrew . Only 2 hob to cook on if planning on cooking . Fortunately we weren't . Door to get in is a nightmare !!! First time we tried to get in to the property we were unable to get in and kept trying. We ended up calling manager to help[ us. I have to leave several messages before he called back and eventually came to the place and let us in and showed us "the technique" to get in . It was still difficult and on our last day we struggled to get in again . Door lock needs changing in my opinion. Building quiet except noise from roads in some rooms but didn't really bother me and slept fine. Great spot for exploring and we weren't in rooms a lot . If we all wanted showers around the same time boiler not able to manage this and last person water was luke warm so only 3 able to have showers realistically .

Location was great . Very close to the Subway , easy to get to St peters square and vatican museum etc . Very central . Shops and cafes and restaurants nearby . Bakery close by , stall selling coffee and pastries right outside and wine etc at night with chairs to sit out on.

This is a large room within an apartment. Everything is obsolete, old, uncomfortable beds, no electrical outlets, 40 years old bathroom .... terrible

If you are transferred to Via Leone IV, go around. A room with an old bed that is falling apart, sheets with holes, a carpet with stains, the water in the sink hardly drains. I had to unclog the sink. One is shown on the page that you have booked, and you get something that does not exist on the Booking pages. Bad.

Room was booked for 4 people, yet there were only 2 beds, a queen and a single. The room was very small and the corridor leading to the room was dark, run down and because of the carpet, did not seem clean Requested a later check-out, since it was 10:30am, and was denied The room had carpeting and was very dirty. Behind the desk, nightstands and bed was build up, perhaps due to lack of vacuuming

The only good thing is that its near Vatican but every thing else was not. We appreciated Ricardo waiting for us despite being late due to unforeseen event in the airport but after this everything else went downhill. Day 1, the place did not look like the one in the photos. The rooms are spacious but facilities are not well kept. The shower in the main bedroom had a quick fix of shower curtain because it was broken. See photo. Second, wifi was not working from the very start. We called the next day (day2) to ask if they can do something about it and was told they will repair at 130pm but when we made a follow up they said they will repair or replace the router the next day (day3). We went out after that and my mother-in-law stayed. She told us someone opened the door and said they will be repairing the toilet which we never mentioned asking to be repaired. We were so surprised specially we left some of our important things in our rooms. When we called and asked why someone came they said yes someone came but didnt explain why. After which they were already hard to contact. Day 3. we were expecting them to come and change the router but they never came. We then called them again and told us its the provider’s problem even though we said you just told us yesterday you will fix it. We asked for compensation for money return and they said they will call us tomorrow because they are busy? Seriously??? We never followed up and as usual no respond was given up until our check out tomorrow. The air conditioning in the other room was so loud. My mother-in-law and sister of my husband stayed there and had difficulty sleeping. The place seems like a housekeeping storage. In the kitchen you will see a cabinet with random brooms and other stuff. See photo. In the entrance there’s a cabinet with toiletries and towels. We would also see large bags near the door entrance. See photos. I am not sure with other reviews but this is based from our experience.
