One staff person had an unprofessional demeanor. The carpet in the room was stained, and there was some water damage in the bathroom but thankfully little to no mold. Check-in occurs directly across the street at Hotel Panada, which would have been nice to know in the confirmation email.

A good breakfast with variety and hearty options. Excellent location very near St. Mark's Basilica. Free luggage storage before check-in and after checkout was much appreciated! The room was tolerably clean.

We were greeted by an unpleasant lady during our check-in, bed was very uncomfortable as was a double bed made by two single mattresses, breakfast room was very crowded with low quality products so we had it only once even if included in our stay bc was very stressful starting the day with people pushing and bad coffee.

The location of the hotel is very good. The rooms were warm despite the time of the year (January).

The price per night is a bit high compared to other cities of Italy-

The room was clean and despite being in different building than the breakfast area there wasnt any issue going from one to the other, the location is good u can get to water bus in a 5min walk.

No staff on duty - all done at neighbouring hotel, as was breakfast. Breakfast room crowded every morning. Bathroom was super small and difficult to use. Staff on reception did their job and no more.

Location was excellent - pretty much on San Marco Plaza, close to restaurants and transport. Size of the room was OK for Venice. Staff on breakfast duty worked hard to keep up the service and maintain the room.

Very understaffed. At the desk and maintenance. One person at reception for 2 adjoining hotels. Nothing was repaired over 2 days.

The hotel is managed by the man at the reception of the hotel opposite which I was not aware of until I arrived and found the hotel reception locked and empty. He did a great job of managing both hotels. The one problem I found was that someone had entered the wrong door code too many times, so I was locked out of the hotel building for 5 minutes.

The hotel had everything I needed for my stay. The location is very central and easy to get around. The staff, especially the man at reception, are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. The lobby area had tables and chairs which was a nice, quiet place for takeaway lunches. The room had good air conditioning. Even though it is such a central location I did not notice outside noises from inside my room.

Staff seemed rude, waited a long time on arrival to check in. It came to light eventually that you need to check in at the hotel opposite. Staff members not helpful. Bed incredibly hard and uncomfortable

The breakfast could have been more varied, every day was the same and with not that many options, and no fruit. The rooms are small and old but that's what you expect in the middle of Venice.

The location was good, right next to the Piazza San Marco. The hotel right in front and this one share a check-in desk so don't be surprised if a worker from the other hotel welcomes you in.

Mosquitoes, I've killed a few of them. There's a mini fridge but it's not working so you can't use it anyway. There's no shower curtain in the bathroom.

Location is great, it's just about 50 meters away from Piazza San Marco.

They have a problem with mosquitos- at breakfest or in the loby area - closed indoor rooms we got terrorised by them- its a bit ridiculos...it was worse then outside. The cofee was prety bad for an Italian place :) the room is small

Very central! Breakfest included and decent enough. Nice old/vintaje looking furniture and decorations in the hotel. Posibility to leave bags after check out.

the room we stayed in was an old style room (which was fine) but the carpet smell like cigarettes (as if was permitted to smoke in the room ages ago and the smell stayed) this annoyed us a little.
