This excellent hotel is unfortunately in a light industrial estate.

The hotel was immaculate, and I can't speak highly enough of the staff who were all very friendly and helpful.

It was very difficult to find the hotel since the sign is very small and hard to read especially at night.

Desk people were very helpful and accommodating.

Hard to find the location. Very poor signage on the road. GPS confused with Villa Adriana site.

Close to main roads. Very friendly staff, good breakfast.

Water came out yellow when I fist used the taps in the sink. Beds were a bit too hard.

Perfect as a stop over on your way up or down the country. Nice breakfast. The staff were pleasant and really friendly.

Too far from anything. Have to drive in order to find a restaurant. But good for a short trip to the airport if you are travelling.

Room lovely and clean, car parking and a great breakfast.

It's very tired and worn. Also, the heating was on high and we couldn't sleep as the beds were uncomfortable and we were too hot. Our neighbours got up at 4am for a flight and they sounded like they were in our room as the walls are so thin!!!

The hotel was 25min drive from Ciampino airport, and 15min drive from Villa d'este, so it was convenient. The staff were very helpful and polite, and the breakfast was lovely.
