Deborah and her husband made us feel very comfortable. Deborah cooked us an incredible traditional Sicilian dinner on our first night. This was the highlight of our stay.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Wundergarten in Sicily and it was truly a remarkable experience. This charming bed and breakfast, nestled in the beautiful Madonie Park, offers a unique blend of contemporary art and botanical wonders. The concept of natural luxury truly resonated with us, as we were able to relax, rejuvenate, and immerse ourselves in the authentic Sicilian culture. The hospitality provided by Deborah, the owner, was exceptional. Our children thoroughly enjoyed playing with her son, creating lasting memories. Deborah's home-cooked meals, made with local ingredients and traditional recipes, were simply delicious. Overall, our stay at Wundergarten was the highlight of our journey through Sicily. We highly recommend this boutique and scenic B&B to anyone looking for a genuine and unforgettable experience. Thank you, Deborah, for making our time in Sicily so special.

Great hospitality and Debora was very very kind and helpful. The breakfast and home made cakes were delecious! A wonderful dinner was also cooked by Debora. The village is charming and we enjoyed a great relaxed stay.

The access to the village might be a bit tricky, make sure to have a small car and avoid driving through the center. The neighbourhood was a little bit noisy but it was also charming and funny to feel the typical atmosphere of a small village.

Very typical and cosy house with beautiful decoration details. The breakfast and the home made dinner by Deborah were delicious (best tiramisu we had in Sicily!)

We loved the decor, antique furniture, high ceilings, beautiful tiles and just a general feeling of peace. we both had our best sleep in ages after the wonderful meal cooked by Deborah. she’s a great host and gives a genuine experience. I loved sitting on the sofa enjoying the view reading my book. it was heavenly

The only feedback I can give is that there was a small leak in the bathroom but this did not bother us.

The whole place is lovely, cozy, furnished with traditional items all around and completely refurbished mixing history with a modern touch. We liked very much the authentic atmosphere, thanks to the owners who welcomed us warmly and kindly. The whole stay was a pleasure, we slept so well thanks to the silence, the fresh air (a rarity during Sicilian summer!) and the comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious, as only an Italian grandma could do!

Debora and Misha were great hosts & amazing cooks! The place is a charming hideaway and a good starting point for hikes. Although close to Cefalù, it feels like a lot further away from the touristy spots of Sicily.

The village where the hotel is situated is a beautiful place. The accommodation is well situated and really tasteful and Debora took great care of us. We will come again!

The room was very hot (summer heat wave). No air conditioning. Not a problem most of the year I"m sure.

Gratteri is beautiful, small, quiet mountain city where rustical feature of Debora B&B suit very well. I recommend visit Gratteri, stop at Wundergarten Dimora dei Frati and absolutely try Debora’s home made dinner.

The only challenging part is the parking and driving in the narrow streets of Gratteri.

We stayed for 3 nights at Wundergarten and enjoyed every minute of it! Debora is a very welcoming host and made us feel as part of the family! The room and the common areas have a very special style and you can feel immediately that everything was selected carefully. We also booked a cooking class to experience some typical Sicilian food and had so much fun. The food was absolutely delicious ❤️ Thank you so much Debora for making this the perfect stay over my birthday and the tasty cake!

We booked and paid for a one bed house. The host contacted me and said we would be moved ‘without surcharge’ to a family room, which I knew from the website costs less than a family room. We asked to stay in the accommodation we had booked, and this was later accommodated. At check in we were told there was nowhere in town to eat dinner, so later we ate some food we happened to have with us in the car. Actually, we could have eaten a full meal with this host. This was not communicated to us. After check out we were asked to pay for breakfast, but this was included in the room booking so we had to point this out, to avoid paying twice. The host and the host’s colleague contacted me by WhatsApp which I did not like. Overall, the communication was confusing and i had to make a point of being provided with the services I had paid for.

The house was nicely designed and very spacious. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast.
