More of a hotel room than an apartment. Highly recommended! Paolo welcomed us at the door and showed us the apartment, offered us water, and gave us some suggestions and advice about the city. We stayed for 9 days and every 3 days there was a housekeeping service. The entrance of the apartment is 2 steps from the ground and the apartment looks much nicer than the pictures. It was specious with everything we needed and ac in the hot summer! The bed is comfy and the fridge has a mini freezer. They offered us small toiletries and slippers as well It’s located in a lively area and about 5 minutes walk to the centre and 3 minutes away from the train startion. We had a great stay, and Paolo definitely made it easier and enjoyable with the service!

Everything was magnificent! Location was great and the room impecable. Very attentive host, just a message away for any query. Would recommend no doubt! We will be returning :)

It is a lovely, modern facility with easy access to old town and free parking. Very comfortably beds and amazing large shower. And Paolo was so nice, and so helpful. We loved his place!

The room had everything you need.

We gave a time that we would arrive and still had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to let us in. There was no window in the room and it is pretty dark. The host was also overly communicative when we asked a question about the air conditioning, they continued to message us over and over after we asked them to stop. They even met me in the morning asking if everything was ok because good reviews were very important to them. It just felt off putting.

Bed linen beautiful most comfortable bed ever in a large airy space. Bathroom also beautiful !A little bit of Luxury in Monopoli ! Paulo who greeted us etc ADORABLE . Genuinely warm and welcoming .

Maybe a tiny microwave in room would be useful !

Paolo and his dad were excellent hosts. They reply immediately for any inquiries I had and even make more suggestions such as the best restaurant in town and how to travel to reach our intended itinerary. They also allowed us to check in early.

Had a wonderful stay in the room. It was very clean and modern. The location was also amazing - very close to the train station and the old city center. The host and his father were very nice and responsive. They let me leave my luggage after check out, which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend! There is a fridge, kettle and AC in the room.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Paolo’s Dimora Minelli Suite. A very clean and elegant Property that contributed to our amazing trip to Monopoli. We actually enjoyed a free upgrade offer of our room to a Superior suite KING Size suite. Paolo thank you so much. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with our host Paolo, was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. I would recommend Dimora Minelli Suites to anyone interested in visiting Monopoli👍👏

We had a wonderful stay at Demora Minelli. The room was spacious, modern, and equipped with all the amenities we needed – a comfortable bed, a great shower, a TV, and thoughtful touches like USB ports by the bed. Its location is perfect, just a short walk from Monopoli’s main train station. The host, Paolo, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Monopoli!

Monopoli is a right place to stay in the area and Dimora Minelli is the right spot, located at a walking distance to the old city, has comfortable rooms equiped with details whatever necessary, Paolo is always nearby with friendly attitude.

Our host, Paolo, was so helpful, providing maps and bus schedules. The room was comfy with a great bed. Location was close to train and a short walk into the historic old town.

A little bit of street noise but nothing that kept us from sleeping.

Cafe Radar across the road was brilliant for breakfast, focaccia, cheap and tasty pasta dishes, beer, Prosecco and Campari, olive oil and pasta to bring home. The assistant in charge was quite fabulous. The place is a real community hub for locals, tourists and travellers going to and from the train station. Property location perfect - 3 minute walk to the train station and bus stop for Albarabello. Host very helpful.

The recently refurbished accommodation although being described as having a quiet street view is in fact fitted with opaque glass which felt a little claustrophobic.

Great king size bed, very comfortable.

Everything was perfect.

I really enjoyed how clean the room was, it's very updated and comfortably sized for 1-2 people - you don't need much more than that!
