The hotel was very new, the room was large and the bed was comfortable, big breakfast served on the terrace, the staff were very helpful, easy parking on the street

The accommodation is located about an 8-10 minute walk from the old town, next to the police station. Excellent location. The rooms are very clean, well equipped, with comfortable beds and bathrooms. Breakfast meets to all needs, and they ask you in advance what you would like to eat. I highly recommend it.

No elevator so be prepared to climb the stairs

The staff, espcially Lia were lovely and so helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. We even had our own little courtyard. The location was great. It was only a 15min walk to Ortigia and it was in a central location.

The sea view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking! The service was outstanding, and Lia was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They even organized additional activities for us, which made the experience even more special. The rooms were perfectly clean, modern, and cozy — a true home away from home. Highly recommended!

Location excellent- very close to Ortigia. The reception staff -Lia and Virginia could not have been more helpful and friendly. I would say they were exceptional. Breakfast very adequate on the roof terrace- beautiful views. Adequate free parking nearby. Will be back for sure

The location overlooked the harbour area but was very unkempt. Parking was not secure and difficult to find.

my favourite stay in Sicily - Lia is so helpful and contacted us prior to our arrival, helped us secure a parking space right in front of the property. Room is clean and with all amenities you needed. Breakfast is generous with great view up on the balcony.

Staff were lovely, helpful kind and attentive. Lia was available in person and via WhatsApp to answer any questions and provide information about nearby activities. Rooms were clean and spacious with well thought out furniture. Parking available.

Plan ahead to get to to Ortigia note the walking distance and/or arrange a tuk tuk. Parking was available but shared with public, be sure to remove all belongings from car. Breakfast available for an extra fee.

Very clean, very well appointed. Caring staff at this immaculately clean hotel. Very helpful with directions, any requests, toiletries in the bathroom all very good and free chilled water in the fridge too. Excellent beds, shower and towels. Faultless intact. Very good breakfast with very fresh pastries and super helpful chef. Very highly recommended!!

The picture is very misleading. The hotel is in a backstreet with no beach. Either a very hot 20 minute walk or a taxi into Syracuse

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated that a receptionist kindly carried our suitcase up the stairs to the first floor. Although we had reserved a paid parking space nearby, the staff kindly found us a free spot right in front of the building, which was much appreciated. Breakfast was served on the rooftop, which was very comfortable and enjoyable.
