Having to dispose of our own rubbish - but that seems to be the norm in Italy?

We were fortunate to find this property after we had been let down by another at less than 24 hours notice! Comfy beds and enough room for 6 of us. There’s a balcony too and it’s only a few mins walk from the centre. The included parking pass was a bonus and it was easy to find parking nearby. Check in was fine and only a few hundred metres from the property.

We didn't like that we had to get the keys from the other side of the city and then you have difficulties to park the car an then cross the city with your luggage.

I liked the size of the room. It was very big and the bathroom was clean. We had a kitchen and the air conditioning was a life saver from the heat

Our flight didn’t land until 11pm so we had to pick the apartment keys up from the office and then travel to the apartment which was a bit of hassle. It was easy enough to find the office and check into the apartment though as they had very good communication and instructions :) we had no issues.

Our apartment was lovely, very clean and in a great location! About 10 mins walk to the centre which was really good ! I think the location was one of the best parts of this apartment. The staff had great communication with us throughout the booking. It was great value for money and would definitely recommend.

Some of the facilities didn’t work properly, such as the remote fog the T. V. and there was an issue with the washing machine. Other than those things everything was fantastic.

The property was perfect for our needs in regard to location for sightseeing, shopping and eating out.

The location was perfect in the city center. The AIDA opera in colosseum was beautiful and the parking lot was close. Verona is a beautiful city and the people are nice and welcoming. The restauranrts are staffed by smiling and nice people.Thank you

The property is in 1.5 floor, but the elevator only goes to 1 or 2 floor. The stuff kindly suggested us take the elevator to 2 floor the going down by stairs. If you have many luggage and is looking for an elevator, this might be a problem. Check-in office is in a different place which may be a little troublesome, but the property has suggested this situation in advance. Too many electrical appliances switched on may provoke a power outage. This happened while we were cooking and had the air conditioning turned on, but the property has clear instructions for solving the problem and we managed to fix it.

When we mentioned about the coffee machine didn't work very well, they sent us a new one immediately. The property is close to places we wanted to go. For example, the arena of Verona is within 15-minute walk. I think many attractions are within a 15-minute walk

Nothing really. The apartment was a little "tired" and would be improved with redecoration. The location really is excellent, just a few minutes walk from everything including the opera.

We experienced transport delays resulting in uncertainty about our time of arrival and our hosts were very helpful in dealing with this and in fact we were able to pick up the keys from their office as planned.

We were happy with all aspects of the accommodation, however be aware that its an apartment in a block so you will hear the neighbors, they were not intrusive and never beyond what I consider to be a normal noise level for apartment living

Consumables provided were fine but in comparison to other short term rentals, they were insufficient for a 4 day stay - no toaster, no dishwashing tablets, insufficient toilet paper, no shower gel

The step on entry to the flat is a bit perilous and not clearly marked. I fell down it on the first day when leaving the flat and crashed to the floor, but no harm done, fortunately! The balcony is not usable because it is small and filled with an air conditioning unit.

The Cantore 3 location is fantastic for the Arena, as well as the rest of Verona. Everything is walkable. We appreciated the air conditioning, the amount of space in the apartment and the amount of storage space available. The artwork on entry is bright & cheerful with lovely fashion photo shoots as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the information given in written format was comprehensive and clear. Most necessities were provided including salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, a dish washing pack and tea towel, clothes washing detergent, 2 small tubes of shower gel. We would have appreciated it if there had also been coffee and tea, shampoo, hair conditioner and a shower cap. It was really helpful to have a decent lift because my husband is currently disabled, using a wheelchair and crutches.

Great location for Arena, Piaza Erbe and the castle/river. Supermarkets and gelatos close by, very good bar at the end of the road. Air con in living room and double bedroom, effective, quiet fan in other bedroom. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet location.

If I were to mention something small, one of the room doors didn’t close perfectly, another squeaked a bit, and the shower water could have been a bit hotter. But these were very minor things and didn’t affect our overall positive experience.

Great location - close to the city center yet very quiet. The railway station is about a 15-minute walk away, making it convenient for trips to places like Venice and Lake Garda. There are also three large supermarkets nearby. The building and apartment are both clean and well-maintained. The apartment is spacious and includes a balcony with a table and chairs. The property management was friendly and professional.
