Spacious, clean and well equipped self-catering apartment in easy walking distance of all of Verona's main attractions and of the historic centre. Very helpful staff who made check in very easy. Powerful air conditioning was a god-send during the heatwave we experienced!

I liked the size of the room. It was very big and the bathroom was clean. We had a kitchen and the air conditioning was a life saver from the heat

We didn't like that we had to get the keys from the other side of the city and then you have difficulties to park the car an then cross the city with your luggage.

Our apartment was lovely, very clean and in a great location! About 10 mins walk to the centre which was really good ! I think the location was one of the best parts of this apartment. The staff had great communication with us throughout the booking. It was great value for money and would definitely recommend.

Our flight didn’t land until 11pm so we had to pick the apartment keys up from the office and then travel to the apartment which was a bit of hassle. It was easy enough to find the office and check into the apartment though as they had very good communication and instructions :) we had no issues.

A spacious room, great location! It was clean and tidy, close to the center. There is a very nice Asian restaurant close by, had delicious food.

It is a large apartment, beautifully decorated and fully equiped. It is close to the city centre and it is located in a safe area. The hosts - the Dimore team - are very welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again!

The property was perfect for our needs in regard to location for sightseeing, shopping and eating out.

Some of the facilities didn’t work properly, such as the remote fog the T. V. and there was an issue with the washing machine. Other than those things everything was fantastic.

The location was perfect in the city center. The AIDA opera in colosseum was beautiful and the parking lot was close. Verona is a beautiful city and the people are nice and welcoming. The restauranrts are staffed by smiling and nice people.Thank you

Very helpful and friendly stuff! Prompt response to our questions. Very clear instructions while checking in. When we mentioned about the coffee machine didn't work very well, they sent us a new one immediately. The property is close to places we wanted to go. For example, the arena of Verona is within 15-minute walk. I think many attractions are within a 15-minute walk

The property is in 1.5 floor, but the elevator only goes to 1 or 2 floor. The stuff kindly suggested us take the elevator to 2 floor the going down by stairs. If you have many luggage and is looking for an elevator, this might be a problem. Check-in office is in a different place which may be a little troublesome, but the property has suggested this situation in advance. Too many electrical appliances switched on may provoke a power outage. This happened while we were cooking and had the air conditioning turned on, but the property has clear instructions for solving the problem and we managed to fix it.

We experienced transport delays resulting in uncertainty about our time of arrival and our hosts were very helpful in dealing with this and in fact we were able to pick up the keys from their office as planned.

Nothing really. The apartment was a little "tired" and would be improved with redecoration. The location really is excellent, just a few minutes walk from everything including the opera.

The unit was great, it was clean and fully stocked, including lots of toilet paper, which other rentals lacked. This unit was large enough for my family of 5. It also included enough coffee for the 4 mornings we spent in Verona.

Very little................it there was anything, we had some ants in the unit, likely from a food spillage from the previous renters, however, Dimore was great, I advised them and they paid us a visit to spray some ant kill......great service.

There is no parking even with parking pass. Took us an hour to find a park. Smell of mold emanating from lower floor. Lack of light and air. Cafe next door very noisy.

The agency/hosts were very friendly and helpful, especially when things were not working and in providing directions and travel suggestions around the city.

There is only air conditioning on the top floor in the kitchen area so it was too warm to sleep at night as bedroom downstairs had no air con. The bed was broken and creaked a lot. The toilet also broke a couple of times and we could not flush it and the washing machine was broken (although someone did come out to fix this during our stay). The description stated there was a lift which we required for the pram and there was not one available. The apartment we stayed in was also quite far out of the centre which wasn’t obvious at the time of booking.
