We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ItalyNo sound-proof wall, i can hear music and voices talking at late hour. Swimming pool was not open during my stay (end of april).
Superb location, right at beach front, all services/shop/restaurant within few minutes walking. Garage is available (at a fee). Breakfast includes standard choices, nice dining room with beach view windows.

PortugalSince I'm from Southern Europe, this was not an issue at all, but my Hungarian friends were missing vegetables in the breakfast buffet :)
This is a vintage hotel that will take you on a trip back in time to the glory days of the Adriatic Riviera, by that I mean that you need a real key to enter your room, the elevator does not have memory and the decoration is quite retro. With this out of the way, this hotel's location is amazing, right in front of the beach. The room was small, but the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was OK and the pastries were to die for. The staff is very friendly and although most of them seemed not to speak English, they tried their best to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Davide (I believe he is the owner), is very helpful and spent almost 30 minutes with me explaining how to get from the hotel to Fiabilandia by public transports and allowed me to make a very late check out since no guests were coming in on that day ... oh, and he can make a great gin tonic.

AustraliaDon't bother staying here. Beach is not a beach worth visiting, and there's no private beach access included even though it states there is. Parking is extra. Rooms tiny. Don't be fooled by a nice pool photo. Would not recommend.

ItalyThe room felt very outdated, like stepping back in time. We had only basic amenities, and even the toilet paper was the cheapest available. Upon arrival, we were immediately asked for extra payments: €10 to park our car in the hotel's parking lot we had chosen, €25 to have our dog stay for one night, and an additional €4 if we wanted to use the jacuzzi for just 15 minutes. Essentially, every service came with an extra charge.
