Rooms require renovation, for this price standard should be higher. During our stay bathroom sink broke down completely, they repaired it the same day but it should not have happened taking into consideration the price of the hotel. It's visible that rooms were not renovated for a long time.

The views and location are absolutely stunning! Breakfast was ok, but would be nice to have more options to choose from.

Very nice location right on the water. Beautiful views and nice breakfast included. Somewhat away from the town and on the opposite side from the ferries but easy to get to.

The rooms are outdated and need updating. The girl on reception was at first quite nice to deal with, but on check out, I found her to be quite moody and unhelpful. Restaurant prices are high, but expected in Capri.

The views are absolutely breathtaking! Stunning location! Upon entering the hotel down at the reception, the garden is beautiful, and you're instantly fixated on the backdrop of the ocean and cliffs. Given that the rooms are outdated, you can forget about this easily as the views are just stunning!!! If you can overlook a hotel that is outdated and needs updating...book it. The views and location are worth it alone.

amazing hotel well maintained with a fantastic location overlooking all Marina Piccolo has to offer. The staff were attentive, Raphael at breakfast and the waiter making and serving the drinks.

Despite loving the vintage looks there are few things like shower heads that would definitely benefit from updating, as the water was not coming out really well, or the tub in our bathroom. I’m sure it was clean but it was not very welcoming due to the water marks. Also for the breakfast there was not much selection but the food was still good and their coffee delish!

If you love vintage, beautiful things, this is the place for you. Location is absolutely amazing ! We stayed in Gracie room and we really loved it. The room is so spacious, with old terracotta floors and the views from every window are just stunning. We even had our own terrace with two lunge chairs. It was quiet and just amazing. The staff was also great and very helpful.

Breakfast is in need of drastic improvements. The location of the breakfast area is ideal, but i’d rather have a buffet then be served again at that table… everything you order from the Menu comes in it’s own plate (like a sushi bar) and it just creates a mess on the table. They also need to invest in waiters, the one guy that was present was very ineffective: Not listening and bringing wrong orders, not replacing dirty dishes when asked and not even knowing if fried eggs can be served (scrambled and boiled eggs are on the menu) Our room had like a “private” balcony with a stair that goes directly down two levels to the pool. As we were chilling, the cleaning lady used these stairs about 10 times to get a faster access to the upper levels. She was a nice lady, but it was still not ideal for us to lose the privacy we paid for. Did not even get a “thank you for your stay” statement from reception when I paid the bills. I believe this is important when you pay 400$ a night

Poor service. Outdated facilities. This place clearly needs to be renovated and apparently they are doing something in this respect, but you cannot have workers drilling all day long, including on Saturday and Sunday, while you have guests - in high season. And starting at 9 am. I just could not believe that.

the hotel was having some ongoing renovations which make lots of dust in the facilities. I think the exteriors would need to be renovated as well.

breakfast was amazing. location is excellent given right near bus stop and taxi rank. easy to get to capri etc. close to good public beach. private beach was excellent comfy bed

we could miss the plane , because the reception desk wasn’t call the taxi. we were like stupid kids were watching for 30 min the taxi. the day before!!! I asked on the reseption about the taxi at 8:00. in the morning asked them again , but no one do this I begged the local worker to help us and drive to the Kapri. the breakfast at 7:30 began at 8:00, the coooker didn’t come not plan to check out before 8:00 no reseptionist before 8:00 not responsible stuff plan your drive to the port yourself if you do not want to miss the ferry and the plane!

the view is the best! beach club housekeeper restaurant welcome drinks in the beachclub room Gracie every room has the name of the movie star/ opera singer/ just famous person , who stay here in 50s old style beach hotel with special aura
