All was good. If there is one little thing is that the shower was leaking a bit from the ceiling when you used the hand shower.

Beautiful architecture with the combination of old remains and modern colourful architecture. Nice welcoming staff. Good breakfast.

I liked everything so really nothing to complain about.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is quiet and close on foot to the Santa Lucia station and the vaporetto stop which in just a few stops takes you to Piazza San Marco and all the main places of the city.

Absolutely nothing

I'll start with reception guy Andrea, he upgraded my room and was so helpful with tips. Room in itself is a bijoux, and location was perfect for me to stay near train station for my early transfers and walk basically to anywhere I want around the island. Bathroom was spacious and fully equipped

Breakfast was decent, they offered a lot of options which was nice. Maybe showing up at the end and hoping for palatable scrambled eggs was unrealistic.

Little noise from next door room

Nice hotel,clean and friendly staff Only down side was there was a child next room for us was crying until late at night that kept us awake for sometime. But it wasn't the big issue after.

From the first impression to the last this hotel stands out from my numerous voyage experiences for leisure or work. The reception is very polite and helpful, like all the staff, including the service at breakfast. I would not skip it, it has a healthy variety in a relaxed atmosphere. My room was very pleasant and quiet. All looks new, from the linen & the mattress to the towels. The aesthetics of the interiors is up to my taste, fresh, modern, minimal, and very practical. Everything functioned perfectly in my room, which was clean and well-serviced throughout the duration of my stay. The location is privileged, in the quiet, mostly residential area of Santa Croce, with excellent local restaurants & coffee shops, and nearby Campi - squares with shops. Easy transportation nearby - vaporetto. I can not praise it enough! Hope to return in the near future.

I had a difficult time conversing with Roberto.when I checked in to the hotel, I dropped a $20Euro out of my purse when I was getting out a $10Euro to give my friend for the ferry back to her hotel. I asked him later about on the hotel phone & he never answered me. There was no one else in the lobby at that time.

We really enjoyed how cosy and welcoming the place is. How history and memory are kept and at the same time is very modern and convenient. For sure we will come back, two days were really not enough :).

Contrary to most Italian breakfasts, this breakfast buffet offered scrambled eggs and bacon as well. This was a delightful surprise for American travelers 😊. Easy access from water bus stop Riva de biasio. Can also access from crossing first bridge after train station. Safe area. Hotel is very colorful and staff is friendly and helpful. Bathrooms offer bidet.

The staff was incredible - so accommodating and kind. The location was far enough away from the crowded areas to be quiet and serene, but close enough to easily walk to everything. The rooms are great - comfortable beds and perfect temperature during warm Italian summers.

Great location. Pretty much walking distance to all attractions and train station. Staff was very friendly. When we arrived, the triple room I booked was not ready yet. I was offered a free upgrade to Junior suite so I could check in right away. The hotel room is clean, beautiful and functioning well.

The breakfast has very limited options.

The property is close to the Saint Lucia station , within 500m and the ferry is 200m from the hotel. Though the outside building looks old which is how Venice is, inside the hotel is modern and rooms are super clean and nice.The staff is also friendly.
