Erminia Is a great hostess, the amenities were great , clean room every day , wonderful and safe location near almost to everything you want to see in Rome. Not to mention her delicious homemade cakes . Grazie per tutto Erminia e Arrivederci.

Small issue but the noise from the street bothered us at night, if you are used to having very quiet at night I suggest earplugs. It’s not terrible but for light sleepers might be an issue. It is 4th floor and there are double windows but even when shut we could hear traffic noise, as it’s quite a busy street. There is a room that faces the courtyard so maybe that would be a better option.

The bnb is located at the 4th floor of a nice building with elevator. There are a few rooms and a main room where the host greets you and where you can use a sink and fridge if needed,but you cannot use the main area for breakfast, which is in the room. Coffee machine in the room and great baked cakes are added each day in the room. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom a bit small but had everything you need. Overall was a very nice stay the beds were comfortable. The location of the bnb is great, 15 min walking from Vatican and can also easily walk to center, but there’s also a fairly close metro stop. The neighborhood Prati is lovely. The host Erminia is very nice and welcoming.

Would of been nice if the waterfall shower head worked and my room only had a very small window but those two things were very minor problems.

The property was clean and comfortable and the host was more than welcoming especially with the homemade cake and recommendations for places to eat. Good location especially for the Vatican but easy to reach other parts of Rome by metro or bus.

The mattresses were not suuuuper comfortable. They are totally fine for a few days tho.

Super easy to reach with the SIT bus shuttle (7€ from and to the airport) Nice restaurants and supermarkets in the area Erminia was the loveliest host ever. She literally bakes cakes for her guests.

Erminia is very friendly and welcoming, she made us feel like home. Otherwise the guesthouse is right in the center. And at night there is nice restaurants to dine in.

The room was a bit small for 3 people. We would have felt a little cramped if we stayed any longer. But for a couple it would be perfect!

Only stayed for one night between travel but the host was absolutely lovely and welcoming. The room was very nicely presented and she had even made us cake :)

Parking near the guest house can be an issue during the day but not in the evening.

Super nice guest house, great location for getting around Rome. The property is clean, comfortable and safe. Good local amenities and restaurants galore. The host is wonderful and goes the extra mile to help with checking in and out plus some good recommendations.

It was perfect nothing to complain about

I liked everything! The location is perfect, just a few blocks away from Piazza di San Pietro and Vatican City. The room was cute and super clean, bathroom great, excellent host and she was so friendly. Free breakfast in your room (muffins, cake, coffee, tea, cereal, fruit juice and sooo much more! Next time i visti Rome i am going to Domus Crescenzio again!

I like everything in the property. The hostess was very friendly and approachable, the foods she gave was very delicious, the room is super clean and very comfortable. The whole property smells good. It is very near the Vatican and the bus stop.

We spent 5 nights in the accommodation and we were completely satisfied. The owner Erminia was very pleasant and helpful, she answered all our questions, excellent communication via email and mobile phone. The room was spacious and cozy, with its own bathroom. The possibility of making your own coffee directly in the room. The room was cleaned every day. There is a bus stop near the house that you can use to get to the center. The accommodation is close to interesting sights. Excellent location. Everything was perfect. Thank you Erminia.

A true gem in Rome, located in a nice neighbourhood - within walking distance from Castel Sant'Angel and Vatican. Erminia is a delight and she made sure our stay would be remarkable starting from a tasteful room to the yummy homemade cake supply we were finding in our room on a daily basis. Strongly recommend it and would love to come back!

Everything was great.

Such a sweet and great stay. The room, the beds and bathroom were very comfortable and everything was clean and well maintained. Every detail was carefully thought about considering the styling and function of the rooms. I loved it! Also such a great location right next to Vatican.
