The location is very central to seeing all the attractions in Rome. Accommodation was spotless and Mario was very informative on arrival, and was great at explaining where to go and how to get there. He kept in touch with us during our stay to ensure everything was going alright for us.

Nothing really. The only thing missing was to have some milk in the fridge or to know where to get some.

Spacious, clean and secure. Comfy bed. Access to the kitchen facilities. The property was also very quiet. Mario was very welcoming and provided a map with must see historical places. He was also available to text if we had any local questions.

The guesthouse is very well located near to Roma Termini station, so that you can walk from the station to the guesthouse. The access to all public transportation, even the hop-on-hop-off buses, is straightforward, since the Termini station is a hub for it. Using public transportation you can go to the main touristic attractions in Rome. In fact, Mario, the owner, makes everything easy to settle and gives you good tips about where to go and how to get there.

Really nice and spacious room. Mario was so helpful giving us recommendations and answering all our questions! Location a little far from the centre but we didn’t mind the walk and the metro was nearby.

When we booked, we too thought we were going to an hotel, but after payment realised it was a guest house. Breakfast is an important part of the day for us so the thought of having to walk down the road to get it was a little frustrating and the description on the little voucher given was not helpful. The reality was different though, we ordered coffee, croissants, yoghurt, orange juice, fruit and more coffee and more croissants and were given it. Explanations about breakfast could be clearer and sitting outside on the pavement was an interesting cross cultural experience but as the sun shone every day it was OK.

Mario was helpful from start to finish. The communication was prompt, full of useful information and his tips made our stay more enjoyable. The location is great and very cross cultural, but we never felt at risk during our stay even when walking back later in the evening. We made the most of the breakfast in the cafe down the road and the room was very clean and kept tidy, although the shower was quite small for a tall guy! We would go back, thank you Mario.

The location of the guest house is very convenient, close to the railway station, center and all ancient places. The room was spacious, clean with nice modern bathroom. The host was extremely nice and could help and solve any issue or question. Cleaning was done every day, breakfast was served in the bar near the guest house where you definitely can feel local Italian atmosphere of the morning. Thank you for such a great stay.

we booked a vacation for two days, we really liked that we could leave our things in the room and check in after 2:00 p.m. the host fully accompanied our stay, worried about us, offered us tea and coffee for free, breakfast is included in the price of accommodation, it is also very convenient, we are quite satisfied with the rest, the cleanliness of the room and the quality of bed linen and towels, thank you very much, we will definitely come back again

We were very satisfied with our room. It was spacious and clean, with a large comfortable bed. No problems with the neighbors, they were quiet. Great location, didn't face any safety problems walking late in the evening :) Good breakfast in the bar nearby on the corner, even got a little extra bonus for Christmas, it was very nice. Mario is a friendly person, contacted us in advance and helped with check in, gave us advice and was always in touch to answer questions.

This part of Rome has a lot of homeless people on the streets, especially near the Train terminal. I wouldn't feel safe to walk alone on the streets by night as a women. Breakfast was good but outside of the buliding, in the caffe acros the street (not problem but, it is good to know). We were there in the December i would prefer to have regulation of the heater, it could be wormer sometimes. For my husband it was as it should be, he says.

Easy entry. The host was kind and let us in the room earlier. He send us all instructions via WhatsApp as videos. His responses were always prompt. Spacious room and bathroom, but I mean really big! Bad was big and comfortable. Smart tv available with internet connection. good connection too. Metro station, and bus stations are near. roma central train station 5 minutes walk from the room. shops, restaurants and caffes are all around.

Excellent location, easy access to all main points of Rome whilst still being located in a relatively quiet area. The host is organised and has a good booklet to guide you through all FAQs. Furthermore, the host promptly responds to any additional questions.
