I found the air conditioning system to be unsatisfactory. When attempting to cool the room by opening a window, the noise level escalated due to the hotel's location on a busy main road, which serves as a key bus route. Additionally, during early mornings or late evenings, the sound of city garbage trucks moving further contributed to the disturbance.

Location and staff was good. if you stay here. Many places are within 15 to 20 min walking distance. Food joints are plenty close to hotel... Bus 492 took us almost everywhere... Desi Junta:: Agar 7k ke niche yeh room mile toh theek hai..

They need to install another hot drinks machine in the breakfast room as the queue for hot drinks was crazy! At the very least a hot water only machine for those wanting tea. The croissants were cold and stodgy. A disappointment for us as we love a croissant for breakfast when on holiday! The room layout was quite small, but overall it didn’t cause an issue.. just beware if you have lots of luggage.

A great location, the central train station is a 5 minute walk away, excellent restaurants on the next street and a large Conad supermarket is a few minutes walk too. You can walk to all sightseeing locations if you’re fit and able. It’s a clean, quiet hotel with friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, we asked for extra blankets and were provided with them straight away. Breakfast was reasonable for the price. Kettle in room.

It takes awhile to obtain hot water from the shower, you have to run the water for few minutes. During our stay in Rome, the weather was already mild and we had to open the windows some times coz I think at this month the hotel is still using the heater. But overall it didn’t bother us that much.

It was our anniversary and I informed the hotel about this. I only requested for a nice room but we were not expecting to surprise us with a lovely small Prosecco and a chocolate in our room. Thanks for the nice surprise we appreciate it. The hotel is very near the Termini and convenient to take metro and bus. Location is perfect. Very clean hotel. Great job for the Housekeeping staff, everyday they provide clean towels and sheets. Loads of choices for breakfast on the rooftop of the hotel…. Nice view for breakfast. Kettle in the room and small fridge which I like.

The price is a bit high... If the lower a bit the hotel will be the best in all Rome ...

The emplacement is very good. Luca is very helpful and Fanny, you will like him for sure 🙂 Eleonora is also very kind person and she will help you.. Rooms were a little small, but that is to be expected in Europe. WiFi was not good. Everything else was great for a layover on our way to airport via train.

Alex at the front desk was amazing. He helped us with all our questions and made sure we were taken care of.

Very good business hotel. The hotel manager was very helpful in assigning a quiet room. Perfect position, just 5 minutes from Termini station (via Marsala entrance).

The room is on the small side (so if you have 2 suitcases you might have to play some shuffle games to open them) Wi-Fi is different on different floors (going for breakfast -> connecting to a new one, sitting in a lobby -> new one) Wi-Fi disconnects every couple of hours and you have to re-login.

Very good location, right next to the station. Air conditioning allows keeping windows closed (no noise at all). Very comfortable bed and pillow. Friendly hotel manager talking to the guests during the breakfast to get the feedback from them (also provided us with the advise on the city)

Great location - just few minutes from the metro and one of the main communication hubs. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The 3-beds room was small but we knew about it from other reviews so we expected that - it wasn't a problem though. Decent aircon. The breakfast was very good with a variety of food (sweet and salty buffet). The view from the restaurant was very nice. During the breakfasts personnel was ensuring a stylish Italian music which came as a nice surprise :)
