Location is quite remote from the town, restaurants nearby but no shop. Around 10-15 min walk into town.

The lobby and breakfast room could use some updating.

Our room, bed, water pressure, heat, WiFi was all good. We had a quiet night. We found a parking spot very close to the hotel. The hotel is right by the water but a good walk to the promenade.

The room did not include amenities such as electric kettle, coffee and cups, but they accommodated hot water from the bar on a daily basis free of charge. The room price is somehow costly considering that it does not include breakfast and such amenities.

Wonderful location on the side of the lake and has breathtaking views. A very nice promenade is nearby to do sports or just have a nice walk along the lake. The rooms are spacious. It’s a family-run business and the owners are a very nice Italian couple. They are super helpful, accommodating, and kind. Even though we did not stay in our intended room the first night, but they made it up and provided us with an amazing lake-view hotel.

There was a typical Italian breakfast. I would prefer to have as well some more variety of foods (e.g. some vegetables like tomato, ketchup and normal bread).

upstairs suite had a view of the attic that had some spider webs - not in my room but viewable from the bathroom.

Excellent location — quiet, in a picturesque historical district, 20 mins walk to Lecco main square/ Railway station. I had a lovely balcony with a view on the lake. Owners were exceptionally kind and welcoming.

Location is a little way out of town, but walking is doable if you walk along the river. That said, the hotel is located in a lovely quiet square next to a decent restaurant. Despite being located away from town, parking can be a bit hit or miss. There are a dozen or so spaces within 50 yds, but if these are taken, one can end up hunting for a place for quite a while.

The bed & pillows were excellent. Had a really good sleep as was comfortable and quiet.

The hotel is a bit worn. However considering we just went thru a COVID pandemic I am sure it impacts replacement schedules drastically. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Luciano and his wife were very gracious and welcoming. Lovely location, quiet and excellent restaurant right next door. Brand new bed was very comfortable. Outdoor breakfast area was a wonderful way to start the day. Rm # 2 has a wonderful balcony over looking the court yard and fabulous views of the mountain above Lecco.

I can't think of anything we didn't like really. The hotel is an older traditional style which isn't a negative thing.

We liked the welcome from our lovely hosts. The lady was very friendly and helpful. The location next to the river and the restaurant next door was great. Our room had Aircon which was very welcome as it was very hot outside.

I think the hotel has seen better days. Our room was clean. They had available clean towels. Clean sheets on bed. What I take issue with is was the baths room. It had mold on the tile grout and in the shower and just needed a scrubbing. The pastry for breakfast was stale. Although they had ready available bread for toast and jam butter.

We appreciated the expresso availability for breakfast. We liked the availability of parking nearby. There is a walking, biking path right out their door. There is a delicious restaurant right next door which made the searching for lunch and dinner really convenient. The concierge "Lugano" was very hospitable and friendly and engaging. The young staff for breakfast were very friendly and helpful.
