The only things I didn't like were that there was a bit of a strange smell and opening the windows was tricky because there aren't good screens. The weather was lovely so I opened them anyway, but I got into a fight with a mosquito that affected my sleep. The host started cleaning the outdoors before my stay was complete so I had less privacy for the lass hour and a half of my stay in the morning.

Host was very helpful (as was the driver). I needed to check in early and leave late and they had a convenient place on the water for me to work at while they prepared the place between bookings. Really great place for value!!

More attention could be paid to cleaning and kitchen equipment, the refrigerator did not work 100% and did not close properly.

We spent 5 nights in Fumicino. An incredibly beautiful and intimate town, ideal for relaxation, especially at the end of the season. The apartment was literally 2 minutes walk from the beach, so we could enjoy its charms at any time. Accommodation was quick, without problems. The owner helped us organize a taxi from the airport, which was extremely helpful, because it was difficult to figure out how public transport works on the first day. Nearby are several supermarkets, the port. For lovers of Rome, a direct bus from the port area for 2.20e per person (really worth it). The apartment itself is tidy, with everything you need (there is even a washing machine). The kitchen is quite small, but perfect for making simple meals, it contains basic equipment. We are coming back very happy, delighted with the beautiful views

I had a great stay at this apartment! The check-in time of 11:30 was very convenient, and getting the keys was a breeze. I especially appreciated the outdoor space where I could sit and relax—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The inside of the apartment is well-suited for solo travelers like me, with a big, comfy bed that felt like more space than I knew what to do with (but I'm not complaining!). The kitchen was well-equipped, though I did notice there wasn't any sugar or cooking oil. Not a big deal, especially since it wasn't listed as an amenity, but it's always a nice touch when those basics are provided. The bathroom was spotless, which is always a relief when traveling. The location is absolutely unbeatable—just a two-minute walk and you're on the beach! That alone makes it worth the stay. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing gateway.

The shower don't have hot water

Unfortunately, Dreamhouse hot water to shower did not work and the unit was damp and my husband and I had both not been well and were needing the last few days before an international flight home back to Australia to recoup. My husband had to clean the lipstick off the glasses before we drank out of them. We communicated with Stefano which initially was easy and flowing and advised the above and requested a refund for the last two nights. We never received the refund and Stefano stopped talking. We believe that once the above was fixed the Dreamhouse would be lovely to stay at. We felt bad to leave however needed to put our health first.

Initially communication with Stefano was easy and flowing. Dream house is in a wonderful location, only a short way from the beach and main restaurants. The amenities were ok, when using the TV Netflix, it reverts back to whatever upstairs is watching.

The coffeemaker was broken, the light above the oven was broken, the light in the bathroom sink was broken, and the plastic sliding shower curtain was broken. The WiFi info he shared never worked. The network would appear and disappear within a minute. The WiFi without security was spotty, at best, but the router is not in the house so the signal was poor. Very unreliable. The details are not clean, like grout lines, walls, etc.

It was conveniently located near the beach, the communication with staff was fair, although my last messages was never answered. Lots of space.

Location was great, clean rooom, clean sheets, great comunication, very easy to get the key, it was absolutley perfect, it cant be more perfect than that. We arrived quite late, if you want to eat there is a restaurant nearby, and its a great restaurant, Ristorante Sanstefano its called, its open till 23:00, i recomend that too!
