We requested two adjacent rooms. When we checked in, we found out that one of the rooms had no lock (!), so we couldn't get inside. When we came back to the reception, we were offered another room a few doors away, which wasn't very convenient. In the other room, the power outlets were not working. Also, we couldn't find how to turn off the lights over the bed, so we had to sleep with the lights on.

Very convenient parking right in front of the room. The breakfast was also quite good.

The bed was circular and was ok if you slept in the middle of it but if to one side, your legs and feet were hanging to of the bottom/side. Not so good for tall people!

This was a convenient place to stay and not too far from the autostrada. The room was spacious and clean with a lot of storage. All of the mirrors around the walls freaked our dogs out at first! and mirrors on the ceiling was very Hotel California like!! It was good to be able to park our car right outside the room. Our dogs were welcome and there was no extra charge for them which is a bonus Breakfast was plentiful and of a good standard.

Bathroom was in a bad shape. Activating of a very nice led lumination was causing a loud and bad noise (cooling fan?) so it was not really useable.

Very nice and original village within walking distance. Car can be parked directly in front of the room.

Not certain about the mirrors on the ceiling!!

We had a problem as our car broke down and had to be taken to a garage for repair. Reception was very helpful in letting us stay in our room and organising a taxi. The car would have been directly outside our room.

yes this property may be used for sexy purposes by some, however don’t let that deter you! the rooms were comfortable, safe and had good amenities. I stayed here for work and it was a 20min drive in to Como so was convenient and affordable. the included breakfast was also great with a good selection of food and nice coffee. I would stay here again!

Very soundproof rooms, was hearing people talking and other noises. Strange smells. The light system didn’t worked properly. Blanket was torn.

The WiFi was really bad and there were almost no power outlets.

Nice location and a parking space right in front of the room with a carport to have your car always in the shade. The breakfast was nice and our dog was welcome free of charge.

It should be renewed. It is very old. The equipment is very used. It has priclist for the hours renting.... It says something about it. Heating control is poor. Door was not closing well.

Nice motel. From the pictures looks different than in reality. It is a bit like a Alladin fantasy. Interesting. Nice parking in front of the room. Good breakfast.

No easy to access to the breakfats room by foot, always need to do the complete round of the building to access.

This is one hour hotel!!! Reception looks like McDonald's drive in. The hotel definitely remember better times. Current 4star hotel worth barely 1star. Rounded bed is not comfortable for a couple and blanket was dirty (blood or something like this). First in my life I met up with condoms and vagina cleaning gel in bathroom as toiletries.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

They present themselves on Booking as a 4-star hotel, but in reality, it is more like a bordel for discreet meetings. They certainly do not deserve their 4 stars! I have no idea how they obtained them! The staff was unwelcoming and unfriendly, hidden behind a small glass at the reception. - The parking spots were terrible! We were forced to park directly in front of our room number. - Due to the very narrow parking provided, my husband scratched the car upon departure!!! The mini-fridge in the room didn’t work—no cooling at all! The air conditioning also didn’t work! The lighting was very poor, with most lights not even functioning properly. The room was not aired out; it had a very stale smell and old furniture! The cleanliness was superficial: there were yellow stains on the sheets and cigarette butts scattered everywhere. In conclusion, this is an old motel that resembles a bordel, with many things that don't work properly! No value for the money! It doesn't deserve the name or the stars! We regret booking here!

The location is on top on the mountain and it has a very nice view from the window. Next to the house is a bus stop , so can be reached easily by public transport. Car parking was available free of cost. This is a very old house , but it’s maintained very well. It is very neat and clean. Room was small and cozy with shared bathroom, but we never faced any problem with the shared bathroom. And we were also allowed to use the dining space.This house has a beautiful garden which is also accessible for the guests.The host Maya and her husband are very friendly and nice person. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

The room was not so clean.

We stayed there for only one night.The good thing was that there is parking in front of the room, the room was quite big and comfortable. It was about 20 minutes away the Como. The breakfast was very good too

Definitely not a 4 stars hotel! The rooms are in high need of refurbishment. The smell in the room was very bad and the carpet never seen the vacuum cleaner. There were dirt spots everywhere.
