Breakfast. Whilst good overall, it was same thing over and over again. After a couple of days it was just boring as nothing was changing.

Very good location, walking distance to Limone and yet very quiet and relaxing. A perfect mix and has beach access. Fabulous spa, only €10 per person per access for the whole stay which was great value for money, essential oil showers were most amazing experience!

We had room number 104, it was a smell from a bathroom from tubes, i dont like parking polici it was very annoying to go by foot to a gsrage than back receive some card and than back with car , they should have thise info infront or wallet service, breakfast wasnt special like name 😂 o and a waitresses from a bar was extremely slow and bored

The room smelled a little weird, but didn't bother us much. As a future adjustment the hotel could install mosquito net but that isn't that big of a deal. AC was a little loud.

Beautiful location near Limone city centre, very nice staff, live music on the day of arrival, AC worked very well, room wasn't anything special but it was clean and totally ok for us and the view was magnificent.

That some of your guests were allowed to use the wellness rooms while naked. That wasn’t fair on us who are more private.

Where can I start with this beautiful, exceptional Doa hotel. The location is perfect , less than 10 minutes walk to Limone center, the view on the lake is amazing, the staff are very helpful, the decoration is excellent, the amenities are great. I can't say enough about this place, but if you have a chance to stay here, just don't think twice, just book it. I stated in suite room and was facing the lake ,I just wished that I lived there. Will definitely stay there when visiting the area

English Breakfast Tea. Their version of it was not what we British understand as tea. Eventually some Twining appeared one morning. Next day it disappeared.

The rooms were quite comfortable and good. Shower and bathroom could be slightly bigger but just a minor issue. The rooms were also sometimes too warm and the AC couldn’t be controlled in the room (but I think that is intentional)

Loved the resort feeling and beautiful gardens. Great to have different bars during the whole day. Dinner was also great. Lovely and nice staff.

There is nothing we didn't like.

We loved the room. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and everybody was very friendly and polite. Receptionists were very helpful and gave us some good advices.

The staff accused on several occasions of having more than 2 people to a room. We were a family of 6 and a baby and me and my mother had the largest room so everyone was coming into the room to relax, use the sauna etc but sleeping in their own rooms which we explained several times and eventually they understood but I didn’t like being accused and questioned 3 separate times.

The grounds were very well kept, the rooms were stunning, the views were amazing

The attentive and friendly staff were particularly helpful as one of the family has a nut allergy and another is a vegan who doesn't eat tomatoes but nothing was a problem and the selection of delicious food was incredible Grazie Mille lo chef!

The hotel allowing residents from the next hotel to rent sun loungers in the best spots. Hotel Du Lac guests should take priority as they have already paid a premium to stay at the hotel.
