Location was fabulous - everything was outside your door. Old town, restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Fabulous location. The premises have a lift if you have luggage. Breakfast was amazing with a large selection

There were four of us, and the two additional beds were bunk beds, which unfortunately were not very comfortable

Location excellent, central to city. Breakfast was basic, but adequate.

Booked a deluxe room with balcony. Balcony locked, and looking at the condition was in a dilapidated state. Very disappointing.

The location is amazing. Very close to train and bus stations and right in the middle of amazing restaurants, shops, bars etc. Hotel staff was extremely pleasant.

We were very upset, that the air conditioning did not work for 3 days out of 7, which made sleeping pretty hopeless. I especially booked a hotel with air conditioning. The temperature was around 30 degrees every day, i.e. rather hot. It was not possible to open the window at night, as there is a noisy road round the corner, which meant it would not have been possible, to sleep either. When you cannot sleep it completely spoils your enjoyment the next day. A real shame, it left a bad taste.

Location. Close to the train station. Perfect for exploring the city center. The room was clean and quiet.

The hotel is located close to the city centre and within easy reach of shops, restaurants and bars. The rooms are a good size

The selection for breakfast is quite limited although adequate. The air conditioning system is quite old and noisy.

Location was awesome and the room size was exceptional.

The quality of air conditioning was very poor. The thermostat served no purposed whatsoever. The breakfast was mediocre. Considering that Sardinia is know for it exceptional cuisine, the quality, freshness and selection of the breakfast was sub-standard, given the price of this hotel.

Location was excellent - within walking distance to the city sights. This is a basic hotel but has good level of cleanliness. Breakfast was continental and adequate. reception staff were very good with visitor suggetsions, maps etc

Breakfast choice could be better

A lovely little hotel convenient for the bus, train and town centre. Very comfortable and welcoming. Comfy bed. Nice breakfast. 24hr reception which was very handy for my late check in.

A little bit tired & could do with a refurb

the lack of originality of the breakfast, no green tea, poor (industrial) bread, lack of local fruits and fresh juice (made of fruits instead of this industrial too sweet mixture), everything was brought from abroad whereas the island has many producers of oranges, peaches, figues, abricos... This was the main point of disappointment for the price we pay. Moreover, the hotel needs refreshing (paintings, red carpets that are grey and old, style)

The location is excellent, and cannot be better ! Close to the train, bus stations and to the centre. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean rooms. Very good hotel for a 2 night stay.

Breakfast was sufficient and desserts were really good but the variety of food can be improved. No kettle in the room.
