Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SerbiaEverything was great, but one thing - I had to argue about changing the towels, additional shampoos, bath foams, and toilet paper! The linen was never changed (for the whole stay of 5 nights). It was a very disappointing argument for me.

United KingdomWe didn’t have a car, and the busy road made walking to the local restaurants tricky. The wifi wasn’t brilliant, but I was told it’s bad in august as it’s a busy time there. The pool is Olympic size, so not brilliant for little ones unless they’re confident swimmers.
This is a very lovely, simple hotel, with great staff. Maria deserves a shout out for going above and beyond with her customer service: thank you, Maria!

United KingdomThe only big problem is with the rooms quality. The windows and balcony doors are heavily outdated, as the equipment in the bathrooms, including the hair dryer and the shower cabin.
The establishment is quite beautiful, with a well kept pool, two parking lots and other amenities. The staff is friendly and warm. Good breakfast with lots of options. CanadaUnfortunately I made a mistake in booking this hotel since we didn't have a car and apparently we couldn't really walk to town a 3km. walk on busy street. The staff were not knowledgeable on tourist attractions and tours and bus routes. So this was a little disappointing.
It was clean it was quiet and it was quite suitable. The gardens were lovely.

United StatesThe hotel was a bit farther out of the port area than I would have preferred and I do not drive so taking the bus which was regular but not super regular and I was a bit nervous about taking it at night because there is really no where to walk on the side of the very busy road. That said, the restaurant in the hotel was excellent so I ate there both nights.
Very good value for the money and the restaurant was surprisingly good. The dinner is good value and the chef really is surprisingly good.
