The beach is clean and nice location

Breakfast was very basic - they have one small bowl of unripe fruit or overripe fruit each day eg plums - not a normal breakfast buffet by any standards. You have to pay extra for fruit juice. The bread is dry and the whole selection is very very basic. Dinner is shockingly poor and the choices of food and wine very basic indeed. The pool closes for 2 hours over lunch and doesn't open till 9am Some staff were very helpful - some very rude.

If you are after the beach, the location is excellent. The hotel enjoys its own private beach with deck chairs and umbrellas. The room is well sized as a double but on the small side for a family with teenage kids.

The parking area was full and there is no additional parking in the area. The staff are somewhat helpful. Breakfast outside in the pinetto is nice however the food needs more attention . The restaurants close early and there are no more restaurants or take aways within walking distance .

    NOTHING!

We stayed at this place for 18 painfully long days, booking three rooms: one for me, my wife, our son, and our toy poodle; one for my mother; and one for my in-laws. Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish — the rooms were microscopic, filthy, and smelled like sewage, making it unbearable to stay inside. "Horrible" is not even enough to describe it. I can't think at something bad then this. Bathroom fixtures were a sick joke: unusable showers, child-sized toilets, and ridiculous sensor sinks that needed two people to function. The restaurant was a disgrace: disgusting hygiene, NO tablecloth, horrible food made from the cheapest ingredients, and an atmosphere more depressing than a prison. I had to ask to cancel the half-board at day 2 and went everyday to eat outside the hotel (a nightmare to find a parking spot - they allow daily guests on the beach and to park in the main parking). Staff were shockingly rude, untrained, and acted like guests were a nuisance — zero professionalism or hospitality. Parking was a mess, rules for dogs were incorrect, and everything felt like a shameless cash grab in a hotel that should be shut down permanently! For the people reading this review: Please, be aware! and find something else. The pictures are "made" to attract people, but the reality it's completely different. This hotel should be closed, I would no go there even for free. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. SHUT IT DOWN!

Only coming back because of the location by the sea and the breakfast with pasticciotti in the morning

Many things, the early rise in order to not miss our breakfast we had to set the alarm. Breakfast is served 7.30 till 9.30 which is very early. No fruit at breakfast hardly some plums. The swimming pool is shut right in the middle of the day from 1.00 till 3.00 pm very annoying and can be accessed only with a swimming cap. No free water available throughout the day for hotel guests. Fridge/mini bar in the room not working for all guests so even if wanted to buy beverages from a supermarket you wouldn't be able to drink that cold in summer. Beach vendors not just trying to sell if they see you don't buy they'll start begging instead.

We had a nice room on the 4th floor with a great view of the ocean from the balcony. Very helpful and friendly staff that spoke good English. This is a very large property that provides facilities for large tour groups and especially for young groups of children. There is a large swimming pool and jacuzzi/hot tub, with plenty of lounge chairs around the pool. A football field and areas for sports. It is a very short walk to the beach with more lounge chairs and umbrellas. It was very windy when we stayed, but we still enjoyed walking along the lovely sandy beach. The breakfast was included in the price, but the lunch and dinners are a set menu at a set price of 30 euros. We travel with our small dog, so we paid an additional daily fee of 10 euros per day, but could not take her into the restaurant. The staff were very nice and helpful and set up a table for us outside the restaurant on the patio.

Although this is a very nice hotel with comfortable bedrooms and very helpful, friendly staff, this is not a hotel for a quiet relaxing stay. When we arrived the parking lot was full of tour coaches and large groups of teenage children were leaving. Unfortunately, they were not well supervised or well behaved and created absolute chaos in the reception and surrounding areas. They even blocked the stairs to the hotel so we could not bring in our suitcases. It was almost impossible to communicate with the people behind the reception desk. It was so bad we said we would cancel our reservation and asked for a refund. They said they could not give us a refund so we left the hotel and went into Gallipoli in search of another hotel. We were unable to find a beach hotel that would take us and our dog, so in the evening we reluctantly returned to the hotel. The teenagers had finally left so we decided to stay. Another group of teenagers arrived the next evening and we left the hotel the next day.

Lovely setting , great beach and good facilities but..

The whole place had become a holiday camp for teenagers who totally dominated everywhere and ruined everything. We left after 2 days – the noise was atrocious going on until past 11 pm. We couldn’t use the pool because they had taken over that with more noise/music and ball games. We don’t think it’s fair that we weren’t warned of this, even on arrival. We had dinner the first night but it was appalling , just luke warm canteen food, hardly any choice and one stone cold vegetable, no idea if that was because of the teenagers or whether the quality is always dreadful. Although we went in as early as possible, the hordes soon arrived, over 150 of them and then you couldn’t hear yourself think. A total rip off for €30 each, I’ve never experienced anything like that. We lost quite a bit of money by leaving , no compensation at all, and they still made us pay for that awful meal. Dreadful attitude and zero customer service. Such a shame as it’s on a beautiful beach. Looking at reviews in different places it seems that the hotel is let out to large groups quite often so it’s a complete lottery and best to ask beforehand as it would have been so different. There were only a few ‘normal’ guests and all fed up.

I read the critics before coming to the hotel and didn't expect much. But for once the I found the negative critics were mostly wrong. It is basically an older hotel that has been newly renovated. The main asset of the hotel is the beach, which is just great, with its view, sand beach and clear water. There is also a large swimming pool. The room is newly refurbished with a beautiful view of the bay and clean. I slept great. At the time of my stay there was a whole group of teenagers on their school-excursion, but I heard nothing during the night. The staff at the reception were welcoming and I enjoyed the conversation with the bartender next to the pool. Looking back at the stay, I think I'd like to go back there for a longer stay.

Actually nothing, but there is definitely potential to make it even better. There was criticism in the comments on the hotel about the air-condition, that turned out to be centrally regulated, but I just switched it off and enjoyed the great sea-air with my window open. I was at the hotel past the main season so that for the breakfast we were only a few people in the restaurant, yet the choices were spread over the whole hall, making it look even more empty. The food was ok, but not the highlight of the hotel.

I must first say that i had a single room with a small 1-person bed. The room was very small, but that part was ok. The issue was the shower! I had never seen such a MINISCULE shower! I measured it, and it's ~ 18 x 26 inches (45 x 65 cm). I am very lean, and could not tirn while inside the shower. A rather big person would not be able to fit in! This is ridiculous. See attached picture. The outdoor pool is very big and nice.

The shower! See above... The breakfast is very much average at best. The beach is tiny and very narrow. Not appealing at all.

Loved the idea of it being right by the sea with the privet beach. Very tasty food.

Friendly staff and always clean chambers. Good food - however breakfast for this price could he improved tremendously by adding bacon / fish / hummus and so on.

They said it had a gym which turned out to be one single bycycle and one dumbell. Furthermore they mentioned that bycycles could be rented which was not the case - the responsible was never there.

The beach next to the resort is nice

The food in the restaurant was awful, especially for lunch. There are no restaurants near the resort so you basically have to eat in the resort. They charge you for every little thing in your room (e.g. coffee that you have to make yourself is 2.5 euro per cup) Having a car is a must because there is no transportation to e.g. Gallipoli. I reached out to the resort 2 days in advance to book an airport shuttle and never got a reply.

The location , the beach, the pool , the setting of the breakfast and friendliness of staff

The bed wasn't a double bed but 2 single beds put together I was upset as I was unable to sleep on my partner's chest. No proper cupboards to unpack luggage.I didn't enjoy the breakfast in the morning as nothing with Chocolate was ever there, no chocolate pastries. I didn't like the pretentious Italian guests giving themselves lots of airs just because they were from the north of Italy and had to show they were well off , looked like a fashion show instead of being on holiday. At the first drop of rain they were moaning like spoiled brats.
