Loved the staff...so friendly and nice and helpful. Great location. The breakfast was good and loved the ambiance of the restaurant and the view. My room had a Jacuzzi on the balcony and loved using it.

lovely place, very welcoming team, pascal and marcelo were wonderful and everyone we encountered breakfast is truly amazing!! Tony the chef is just wonderful and very hospitable welcoming you with the best cappuccino or babyccino and fresh oj and awesome food! Alfonzo and Vincenzo were great too- everyone was truly amazing the room was beautiful and balcony and all the flowers were unforgettable- they had champagne for us the first night! and so many drinks in fridge which they kept refilling- the views from top restaurant is simply incredible- miss it already and would go back there in a heartbeat

The minimum charge per person for any lunch or dinner reservation. The Skye Bar and dining venues are very expensive.

The Hotel is in an excellent location, steps from the bus line to Sorrento or Amalfi. The views are wonderful, and the Staff is friendly, always willing to help. The Hotel was updated in the recent past and is very comfortable. The 5pm Olive Oil Tasting Class is very informative!

Our only complaint was that the pillows were very uncomfortable. Strange for such a high end hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Eden Roc. It is a beautiful hotel. The staff was wonderful. Location is great. The room was spacious, comfortable and has a fabulous view.

All the staff at Eden Roc were simply exceptional. They really went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. As a guest, I couldn't have asked for more. Rooms were fantastic - well appointed and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect. Amazing views of Positano.

The shower was a bit hight tech and confusing! Managed to set an alarm off on it twice without knowing how. Instructions would have been useful

Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast offering was impressive and generous. Wonderful views from the hot tub junior suite. Good location out of the hustle of the town centre but an easy walk to the beach and restaurants and shops.

Our room was actually across the street and down the road a bit which was new to us, but honestly not bad. We had privacy in our sweet susie suite.

The staff at Eden Roc was top notch. They helped us arrange everything from beach reservations to dinners to private boats. They went above and beyond consistently.

The Villa was amazing! Perfect spot in Positano, didn’t have too many stairs to get to the beach. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
