Its a beautiful resort just outside Florence and the view of Tuscan countryside and the surrounding mountains was terrific. We stayed in the Deluxe suite and could not have asked for a better room. Michael was so so helpful and friendly especially when showing us the bus routes for which he actually came along with us (as we didnt have our own car). He helped us get our tickets to Uffizi too. Staff on the whole was really nice and always had a smile for everyone; they arranged taxi cabs for us whenever we requested them.

The only issue we had was quite a difficult turn into the drive from the main road with the car.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve been at. Please, get the room with a view if you can. It’s not in the middle of Florence, but there’s a bus stop right in front of the property. The staff was amazing and the hotel was pristine. We will stay here again next time we go to Tuscany!

It is definitely best to bring a car, the buses were difficult to navigate - but this is not the hotels fault

We loved everything!

We loved everything about Eden Rock. This is an incredible location! We were needing a rest after a very busy 6 weeks of travel. Everything is here. We didn't need to go anywhere else. Food is good. View is outstanding. Rooms are big, airy and spacious. People are so friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely. I swam everyday. I cannot express how much I love this place. If we are ever back in Italy again..... We would definitely be visiting Eden Rock Resort.

Location is quite far from the center and it was very difficult to get around. We had a car, but Firenze has a very messy set of ZTL rules that basically don’t make the life of one who has to drive easy. So if the purpose of your trip is to stay there and go to the center, get ready in advance to book a parking lot or to leave at least 1 hour spare before heading to the center to go by bus.

Friendly staff, facilities were brand new and well taken care of. Large rooms. View from my room was breathtaking.

It is far from the city center but they organised taxis for us when we needed them. Also the in house laundry service is expensive. We used a local laundromat but getting a taxi back to the hotel was super difficult (so my husband walked 45 minutes uphill back to the hotel). Otherwise, everything is perfect.

We loved our stay here! It was exactly what we needed. We popped into the main city of florence but really just enjoyed our relaxed mornings with a view and swimming in the pool. It was super clean, the restaurant was also great. Super kid friendly- we have two kids and everyone was super kind. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

We only had one night in this little Paradise. This was way too short!
