You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and always on hand to assist with any queries. The room was clean, modern and comfortable with a large balcony that had chairs, table and sun beds with amazing lake views. The breakfast was of a high quality and all food was very fresh.

I loved everything about the hotel. The location was right across the street from the lake. Our Balcony had lake view. The pool was clean and a nice size. The break fast room overlooked the lake. They had a decent variety if food, fresh fruits. The room smelled very nice and looked like it was renovated recently. If you have been to Gardalake you know parking can be an issue. They had a large parking lot that was easily accessible. Not to forget how nice and wonderful the staff was. Downtown Torri is in walking distance.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, excellent customer service, especially Julia, who went out of her way to help with our requests, and also spoke very good English. The hotel is ideally situated to walk into the town. There was a nice choice of fresh food for breakfast.

Breakfast was delicious. Fresh bread, good coffee, vegetables, fruits - everything you need to start a new day with dose of energy. The view on the Garda lake from the dining room makes you feel even more relaxed during the breakfast :)
