I liked the fact that downstairs at the reception and at the restaurant they have a water machine, absolutely free, you can always go and drink different juices, water. and you can also have them with you

I didn't like the breakfast, it would be good to enrich it with more snacks, fruit, pancakes, "pizzettes", or at least to have changes every morning. Otherwise it's very poor

Lessia is the best recepcionist ever. She is very kind and arranged everything we asked for very helpfully. The location is amazing, and this is the only hotel in the surrundings who has program for the guests every single evening. The best restaurant is just in front of the hotel, the best gelateria next to it. Everyone is very nice, the food is amazing. Very good price-value balance, highly recommended to everyone. There is a dedicated place for children, animation every day. There are 3 jakuzzis in the back of the building which can be used unlimitedly. The beds are very comfy, we slept very well. We had a fantastic time and if we return to Rimini, definitely will go to this hotel.

The room was quite small, but it was extremely clean, there was daily cleaning and the maids were very kind.

The location was good , right at the beach . As it was the family hotel there were lot of activities.

Nice staff and good location.

There was no cold water, just warm. It was hot and we rally needed a cold shower. They fixed that next day. There was also a smell in the room. It was awful. Like gas… that wasn’t fixed.

The property was near to the beach. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful, the sunbeds in the beach and the area of the beach service were clean and perfectly maintained.

Air conditioning took a moment to work. Old and finicky. Not ideal in 5th floor at 35 degrees.

This place is amazing , amazing personal. Good food and place to chill out! I will be glad to come back soon! I see also a firework from the sea! I think the restaurant nearby having a some celebrate. Parking is also nice.

Once we moved to a bigger room (in the main building) it was great. Staff member Sharon was amazing. Great location.

Beds not comfortable, pretty old property.

Free parking was the best part of the whole thing, property is by the beach and has nice a view. Hotel manager is a nice and kind person.

Be aware that the check-out time is 10am, to tell me that a cleaner at 10:10am and 5 minutes later the receptionist got into my room abruptly while I was packing my luggage. I was scared. The lift is very slow. The room decoration and the mattress quality could be better. Some of the guests were too noisy.

The hotel offers beach service and we decided to pay for it. The staff did not want to seat us on the rows on the first line of the beach, although 70% of the spots were empty. When we asked why, the staff just dismissed us. The lady that was taking care of the beach service was downright rude and did not understand a single word of English. During our whole stay she looked at us as we ate her breakfast - not a way to treat a customer.

There is a lot of calm and the receptionist is also friendly

The bed and pillows are not comfortable at all. I had the worst four nights due to lack of sleep In addition, the opposite beach is not clean, and 90 of Rimini beaches are not suitable for swimming due to the lack of purity of the water and a lot of algae. It was a bad vacation. I do not recommend this city at all.

Service was flawless. The beach too. The hotel was very clean and comfotable.

The location was perfect since it was opposite to the beach , free parking space, and the rooms were always kept clean. Also, restaurants were close to the hotel
