We (family of 4) were not allowed to sit together during the breakfast. The coffee was cold. The room is very old. The water in shower was coming either cold or too hot couldn't take a shower.

The hotel was old but clean. We liked that they reserved us a parking, it's very comfortable when you travel with your own car. The room had a great big terrace.

The water pressure of the shower booth was so poor so I had to change the temperature at least 6 or 7 times to take one shower. It was so dreadful… cause my two kids screamed during shower time. But pillow and thread were clean.

We needed a place to keep our luggage before and after stay, so I looked for a hotel near the station and they had a luggage room for guests so I decided this hotel. We stayed in a triple room and it has just enough space for two big trunks. Breakfast was not bad. We enjoyed the coffee a lot and staff were so nice. And you can use the down stair toilet before check in. It was so helpful especially in the city like Firenze.

It is obvious that the room (mine at least) had some minor overused items issues (shower full of water marks and pieces of it disassembled) and a bit of dirt (again in the shower). I also expected some welcome snacks and a bit more variety of drinks in the fridge (only water)

The decoration of the hotel (room included of course), the location of it (great, only 5min walking until Santa Maria Novella) and the friendliness of the staff. I really felt like a princess!

Paper cups NEED to be replaced with porcelain cups or at least glasses.

Perfect location- SMN train station is 5 min walking distance, local transportation also nearby, room is nice , big, nice size windows, comfortable queen size bed with a high quality linen, modern bathroom, all fixtures are new. Breakfast served from 7:30 am - was supplied with amply selective of food. Overall it a very decent hotel for reasonable price.

There are no really negative aspects.

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the main train station, and a short walk from the duomo. Our room was bright, clean and spacious. The breakfasts are typical Italian breakfasts but very good, and the hotel staff are helpful.

Very poor breakfast for a 4 star hotel. There are no healthy options, fruit is very basic and even the cheese is single and fatty. A disappointment Check out too early at 10h30 AM.

Room didn't have an armchair. Shower water could have been a bit hotter. No facial tissues in rooms, other than toilet paper. A little variation in breakfast would have been nice. Only one English channel (CNN) Tub for bathing could have nice. Didn't see any amenities.

Complementary bottled stll and sparkling mineral water. Excellent breakfast. Great location. 5 min from train station. Beautiful, high frescoed ceilings in rooms. Friendly staff. Quiet rooms. Warm rooms in January....didn't require extra blankets.

Family room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and breakfast had a good range of choices. Location is good for short trip from SMN termini which suited us and only a short walk into centre of Firenze and attractions.

The window did not open. Finally a repair man came and fixed it, so that we could have fresh air. Also, the lights are on timers and are confusing to use. It would be helpful if there were instructions on using the lights. When the electricity times out, not only does one not have lights....one cannot charge one's phone.
