Lovely room. Perfect location right on the square. On a couple of nights, after an exhausting day sightseeing, we sat at the window with a glass of prosecco and listened to all of the wonderful musicians in the square. (The windows were great though, once closed it was silent) You can walk everywhere from the room in about 10 minutes!

Advertised as B&B, so we originally thought breakfast was included until we arrived and was informed breakfast not included. The room was dusty, especially on the lamp shade. I wouldn’t usually comment on this and I don’t like to leave negative feed back, but it was extremely dusty. Television not working, had no signal, I did message regarding this and to be fair he came and tried to fix the problem but was unable to.

Excellent location, good communication with staff. Walking distance to train station & all around Florence.

They provided cold drinking water for guests. The room was clean and would be cleaned if needed. The air-conditioning was lifesaving in the 35 degree summer heat. The location was perfect, every attraction could be reached by foot and a lot or restaurants were close by.

There was no breakfast to speak of, toast in a packet and coffee in reception. It's pretty basic for the money.

Great spot right in the heart of Florence. View of a lovely square right from the window. Room was well decorated with good size bathroom. Check in was easy and great communication, the hosts are super!

Lack of information.

The location was amazing and whilst there was a reception desk we never saw anyone. Helped ourselves to toilet rolls…. Offers a breakfast but didn’t see anyone to arrange this! There was a communal coffee machine but no milk anywhere and whilst I appreciate not everyone has milk some do!

The B&B offfers a range of about six or so rooms it seems - we seem to have got the worst one [the grey room] in terms of size and other factors. For example, the only window in the room gave out on an inner courtyard with extractors from the restaurant below. Perhaps it would have been fair if the hosts offered to change our room throughout the 6 day stay for one of the rooms looking out onto the square or one of the rooms in the back when these became free [we did not ask as we only noticed the better rooms in the later days of our stay]. Also there were no curtains, only shutters for the window and the lighting is inadequate and there is little natural light too. However, overall it is good value for money as the location is minutes away from the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio and very close to the train station.

The location is in the very heart of city centre, close to museums, shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the most the room view at Piazza della Republica and the shabby chic decor of the room. Samuel, the host was very nice, helpful and communicative.

At night you have to sleep with the windows closed because it is VERY noisy. A dark room. Only plastic cups for tea or coffee. Only one socket in the room.

We accidentally went to the room next to our actual room and our room key card opened the room!

location is great and easy access from the street. Bedroom window opens to the piazza and although it was lively and loud on the square the room was quiet once we closed the windows. Room size was adequate.
