Super convenient location

The bathroom sink leaked and had a bad smell in the triple bedroom.

We stayed for 2 nights. Great location and the bed in the kings suite was so comfortable! We also had the kids in the triple suite and it was so nice for them to each have their own bed. Provided a cot for not extra cost.

The artificial plants are not appropriate for the room. Plumbing needs some upgrade.

Central location. Close to major tourist sites. Good food options close by. Big comfortable room and bed. Loved the juliet balcony. Antonella organised transfers to and from the station. Vending machines for hot & cold drinks are good.

Really nice location, walkable to all the sights but safely enclosed in a cute courtyard. The lady at the desk was amazing and helpful, the room (suite) we booked was very clean, comfortable and charming. We would stay again!

1.The noise from the street at night ,could have been helped by changing the inner wood window doors, With new dubble or triple glass windows. 2.Stronger water output & fix shower had coming out from the wall & faster comming hot water, will make the expiriance A tottal 10 🙏 3. Last little thing, the breakfast vaucher for Monday morning ,is to another place in the Doumo squear, (Since the restaurant next door is close that day,) it is very poor. I would defanatly try to find something better, to meet the standards of the other one.

The room was gorgeous and extremely comfortable and beautifull❤️ The breakfest vaucher for the restaurant next door was very good.!❤️ The stuff at the reception was amazing, Special thanks for ANTONELLA the (best person you could ever dreamed of,at front desk). Thank you for the unforgettable stay 🙏❤️ Whould absolutly recomend this place, it is out of the ordinary 🙏

The size of the bathroom is slightly small.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Moreover, Cesare and Manuela were extremely helpful in assisting us with booking tours, and taxis plus recommending places to visit (such as bars and restaurants nearby).

I couldn't figure out how to shutoff the overhead Led lights and I prefer to sleep in pitch black. I couldn't figure out how to turn up the heat and since we visited during the winter, the room was a bit cold.

The Mattress is amazingly comfortable! The location is great and the ability to park inside would be very convenient if we had a car.

Access to the bathroom is through one of the bedrooms so not suitable for 2 couples.

Very well located. Suite was very spacious and comfortable. Nice to have bottled water, coffee and a good supply of crockery. Microwave was a bonus. Would easily accommodate a family of 4.

The bedside lamps were poor but that was our only issue.

Very good position close to the cathedral and all main amenities. We were emailed the day before to check on our our arrival time so that staff were waiting for us. The lift was much appreciated.

Our room was on the small side and I would not book an external bathroom again as it was very small with no ventilation.

The location was incredible. I purposely booked the cheapest room with an external bathroom. I would not do that again. We got a look at other rooms on the property and they were very nice. Larger than ours for sure. It was fantastic to have the parking in the secure courtyard as well.

The room was perfect for one night, but maybe a bit small for longer stays.

Very central apartment in Catania. The checkin and out went very smoothly. We has too leave very early but it was possible to just leave the keys and the reception. And there is private parking available inside.

Bathroom very small and shower recess flooded easily. Rooms quite small with only tiny table with a kettle but it was all we needed for a one-night stay.

Location was good. Staff were very helpful. Room was fine, wouldn't recommend more than one night stay though.
