Everything excellent if no wedding is going on; with a wedding, forget it! No food no pool loud bad music for hours and hours. I understand they want to have big weddings, but they need to warn you if one will impact your stay!

The hotel specializes in wedding parties and they can be loud.

Very stylish hotel with a tropical garden close to a great sandy beach, fantastic breakfast and nice staff.

They have a beautifull garden and pool but...: It is off limits for hotel guests. I knew that beforehand from Tripadvisor. Lot's of people complain about that.

The owner definitely has ties with Las Vegas, since the resemblance is amazing. However, I have to say Las Vegas is better, but hey, that's America right...? As far as the town is concerned: don't have high hopes. It is piss poor and not much to do. The beach club is a-maze- ing...! Same owner I believe. The guys out there are great...! So overall: a good stay for fair money...!

I feel this hotel exploits potential guests with pictures and details of facilities they do not provide...you are therefore paying for a basic Great Western room and not access to beautiful poolside gardens...this hotel promotes itself locally as a wedding venue, facilitating weddings in the outdoor area and it is not accessible to hotel guests the majority of the time. We intentionally pay for such facilities because we plan to use them - our only disappointing stay during a 3 week Italian holiday.

Restricted access to areas due to large functions being held on the premises. Tea/coffee makings not provided without us asking.

The hotel is situated close to the ancient Greek temples and museum in Paestum and a short walk from a sandy beach. Friendly welcome and we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size, if a bit bland, very clean with a comfortable bed and a large walk in shower. This small hotel, only twenty four rooms, has pleasant grounds and a pool and is geared to cater for large parties, weddings etc. this restricted access to some areas at times. The comfortable lounge bar is presided over by Emmanuel who was very friendly and informative. There is a limited bar food menu but the restaurant provided very well prepared and presented food at reasonable prices. Access to a local private sandy beach area, with loungers, umbrellas a bar and restaurant, about ten minutes walk away is included. Beach/Pool towels are provided at reception. Tea/coffee makings were not provided in the room but were bought up by room service on request if required (at no extra charge) but this wasn’t automatically replenished.

Weddings were organized on 4 out of 7 evenings so access to the pool and garden area was limited. Certain staff were very slow and reluctant to meet requests.

The hotel boasted a tastefully decorated reception area/ lounge and idyllic garden and pool area. Everything was impeccably clean. Sandy beach/ v. warm sea with sunbeds and the 'Athena' restaurant just 5 minutes away on foot. A large selection of good, modestly priced restaurants can also be found within 3 km of the hotel.

The price of food on the pool bar menu was high. So it involved a trip to the local supermarket.

The hotel was spectacular. From the entrance lobby to the pool. There were no signs telling you what you could not do! The staff were particularly welcoming and were very helpful without being intrusive. The pool and the hotel grounds are beautiful. It is a great place to do nothing in luxury.

We had 3 course dinner in the restaurant and when it was time to order dessert at about 10pm we asked for the dessert menu, the waiter said there was only the 'cake of the day' we thought that was odd for a 4 star WEDDING resort, the people next to us were eating some sort of chocolate fondue, but we settled for the cake. We asked the waiter what the people next to us were eating and he said they were taste testing for their wedding. When we went upstairs it bothered us, my partner is a chef and found it odd that for such a fancy restaurant they only offer an average cake of the day for dessert. We decided to phone reception and enquirer about their dessert menu, reception confirmed that they do indeed have a variety of desserts on their menu. The waiter was setting up breakfast for the following day and was too lazy to offer us dessert on a Friday night at 10pm. Meanwhile there was a wedding on at the time. We were unable to use the pool throughout the day because of the wedding. As per the other reviews, staff only focus on the wedding clients and give little time to the remaining clients. Waste of money.

The main business of this hotel is organising weddings and any day of the week seems to be a good day to do a wedding party. When there is a wedding the pool is not available but you can use the pool of the hotel nextdoor where the main business seems to be .... organising weddings.

The reception staff is very friendly and helpfull. The food in the restaurant is excellent.
