I found the bed to be hard, I would prefer something slightly softer.

The friendly and help staff from the minute I arrived until the minute I checked out. The location was perfect and having an excellent restaurant onsite was an added bonus.

The extreme friendliness and the fact they make an effort to get to know you and they will greet you by your name in the morning. 5th floor rooms are 4 stars quality while the other floors are at 3 stars quality

nothing, literally nothing If I really have to mention something is that they should work on their Wi-Fi, particularly in the evening the signal was there but without data; a sterile Wi-Fi.

Staff super nice, affable, ready to help calling you by name…great! Quality of the room: superlative. Exactly like the n the photos. I had to ask them to stop changing all of my towels every day because it was unnecessary. A gem in the desert!

the AC was a little slow to start but we just had the window open in the end. the bathroom has a glass panel between the shower and the bedroom which would be fine but we just had to make sure we were at the other side of the room when the other showered

the location for chivasso was perfect. the staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. breakfast in the morning was better than we expected and the attached restaurant was great too.

The rooms we had are a little outdated in my opinion, but on the other side definitely value for your money.

The staff is very helpful and friendly! Also when a booking has to be adjusted. Proper breakfast and easy parking.

It was extremly hot in the room, despite the air condition ran, but which was very noisy. To open the window was no option because of the noisy ventilation of the restaurant in the basement.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights only. The reception handled our check-in efficiently and offered us some very useful advice to our queries. The reception is available early morning till late. A secure back entrance is then in operation. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, modern and functional. It had an ensuite (shower, sink, toilet and bidet). It is not carpeted - which I appreciate with my allergies. The room had a kettle, hairdryer and accessible electrical points for mobile charging etc. Hotel Wifi was available but weak in our room. The ensuite was very well equipped with towels and toiletries. Room housekeeping is available every day if desired. A lovely breakfast was served in the restaurant buffet style with a variety of pastries, bread, cereals, fruit, yogurts, juices, hard-boiled eggs, ham, cheese and jams. Teas and coffees are prepared by the staff at the bar. The hotel is closely located to the old parts of the town centre and a park in Chivasso. We enjoyed strolling in the town centre with its cafes and gelaterias. It is situated in front of a large free parking lot available all week long with the exception of Wednesdays when there is the market in the morning. It is only 25 minutes away from Turin. The hotel has its own restaurant which we did not manage to eat at as it is closed on Mondays but it looked quite promising from the displayed menu. I would choose this hotel again if I happen to be in the area in future.

Luxurious little hotel. We had a gorgeous room, huge bed, fridge, tv, wifi, coffee facilities, lovely bathroom with toiletries. Decent continental breakfast as well. The staff were very accommodating and spoke English. We had some questions about our plans for later in the day and they made some telephone calls on our behalf. Good covid safety measures
