    Nothing All was good.

Everything was great from the staff to the location. The staff is very friendly and helpful and goes out of their way to make a pleasant experience. The location is close to everything and good access to other areas. There are also bikes that you can use to explore the area. The lake and pool are right there and the views are awesome. The breakfast was also very good. This is a great hotel for your stay in Lake Garda.

There were practically no vegetables for breakfast. I would not call a view from room a "Lake view" (Although lake was somewhat visible). Hotel pool was good and kids friendly but not practical if you want to do a bit of swimming.

It's really modern and good looking hotel compared to others we've stayed during our holiday.

Night before we were to check out wanted to ask what time check out would be. Man at the desk was speaking to his friends or familiar in German (which we understood) just general chit chat. We were at the reception area waiting for his attention for over twenty five minutes and there was a couple before us at the desk also waiting. I had to push through their circle and interrupt his unprofessional conversation to ask the question. Was such a good hotel and experience till we clearly ignored and disrespected the night before we left.

Great location, not far from Sirmione Most staff were really friendly Was able to take the bikes out for the day, only ten minutes ride away from Sirmione The view from the garden of the lake is breathtaking!

The decor of the rooms is gloomy and depressing. Breakfast isn't very good. Small selection of sub-standard breakfast food. Staff isn't very polite or welcoming. There was an overwhelming feeling of getting much less than what we paid for.

Location is in a nice, quiet place, 35min walk away from the center. The beds are comfortable and there is a nice balcony. There is free parking in the garage.

Nothing really, except having by mistake a very hard pillow in our bedroom.

We particularly liked the charm of the hotel, the access to the waterfront, the friendliness of the staff (particularly the woman at the front desk), and the restaurant inside.

No tea/coffee making facility in the room. Room had shower only, so no bath. Buffet style breakfast is adequate but exactly the same offerings every day. Pool was cold, not heated. Bedroom was good but it was easy to hear noise from adjacent rooms particularly in the mornings with early risers!

Location right next to the lake and great staff. Easy parking. Decent sized room with lake view. Bar and restaurant on site. Good restaurant food. Short walk to local bars, restaurant and bus stop to take you to Old Town Sirmione which is a good walk away otherwise. Quiet and peaceful area. Good garden and pool areas to relax in. Everything very clean and tidy.

Lovely position on the lake with views from our room in the new section. Breakfast was very good and so was the restaurant for dinner although dinner was served inside rather than lakeside. Reasonable walk to historic centre (there is a shuttle bus ) and much quieter and more peaceful than in the centre. Very comfortable room.

If staying for more than a few days be careful when you book your room as some are very small and not all have a balcony, ours didnt have one (we were staying for 11 nights), we asked to change and it was no problem at all. Would have been nice to have a snack menu for lunch too?

Fabulous location right on the lake, quiet away from the roads and centre. Lovely pool and plenty of sun beds always. Free cycle hire, cycles did need some tlc as in tyres almost flat, lights not working etc but thats just being picky! Lovely staff and breakfast perfect.

internet service /wifi was slow and not available at pool area (or only poor availability)

Excellent small and well maintained little hotel right to lake Garda. Breakfast at the terrasse was excellent, rooms great (we stayed in brand new junior suite), pool is really nice and also surprisingly quiet - we always found sunbeds. They also have several bikes available - it was nice to get them when we needed. It is a little walk to Sirmione but bikes or shuttle bus (1€) takes you there in no time. Thank you! Great location, great facilities and really friendly service! Also parking downstairs of new building was good.

Size of the room was a bit tight to accommodate our 25" suitcases.

Breakfast was great. Room was a little small. We thought it didn't have air conditioning, so we opened the windows, unfortunately that let mosquitoes in as there were no screens. Silly us...We should have asked... The air conditioning must have simply not been working as the third day it started working (and was nice and quiet) - room service must have realized it wasn't working and taken action to fix it... Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Overall a great experience staying there.

The Bathroom lighting should be renewed and more lights should be installed. The room was small, but one can cope with it. The food choices in the Restaurant should be expanded and vegetarian stuff should be added. Add some side dished to your main dish like "Salmon", it should be served with some good side dish (Portion was too small). I expected either boiled patatos, french fries or rice or wild Rice. The served sauce was so Little, so that you hardly could dip your fish in it. Therefore the fish tasted very dry. May be our's was the last order of the evening (10 p.m.) and the cook was in a hurry to go home?

Best location of this property. You have fantastic lake view Quiet location with no noise from the road. The Breakfast is good, but if you want fresh crossoints then come early enough or if you want fresh Omlette then you have to pay extra, although boiled and scrambled eggs are there.

The new part does not have a door into the bathroom! However, there is a separate toilet with a door that can be locked. It worked out ok as we just worked round it when one of us was showering but very small niggle only. Staff were excellent & we could not fault them.

Hotel right on lake edge, fantastic views, two parts to this hotel, new & old, and we stayed in the new part. Really large room sizes, very clean. Lovely łocation about 1.5 miles to Sirmione town/peninsula, so great walk into town. Would definitely revisit again.

Because we stayed in the new part of the hotel the room had a faint smell of paint! Staff were a family so really friendly and really took time to chat to you.. You can sit out and enjoy drinks, swim in the amazing pool or jump off the private jetty directly into the lake.. It's far away enough from the hustle and bustle of main Sirmione castle but they have free bike use if you want to cycle there (takes max 10 mins) or 39 mins to walk along the lake edge.. We didn't want to go into the main Sirmione every night and there are a bough good restaurants within 5 mins walk to satisfy any palette!! I just lived the place and the hotel didn't dissapointing! We have already booked to go back end of August with our children at this hotel for a long weekend because it's just magical!!

You would have to be just incredibly picky to find anything wrong with this hotel

This hotel is truly lovely. It's friendly, clean and so helpful. Lovely room with modern bathroom, great breakfast, free bikes and pool towels and great location with lake and pool

You can hear what's going on in close to your room numbers)

Location is great! You can walk near lake, you can go main street or take a car and drive to one of many beautiful places around! Breakfast was very good and tasty, there was a lot of products my children liked! General opinion about hotel is very positive

Very noisy room. The walls must be paper thin. Prepare yourself to hear everything from the room next door...from coughfs, talking, while the noise coming from the pipes (shower) will wake you up for shour.

Breakfast and the location were great.

It's a 30min walk to the castle area and from where the board drop you off in Sirmione so if you've got bags then expect a taxi or water taxi ride to it.

We only stayed one night on our travels and had to leave early the following morning so the staff booked an early taxi for us and got breakfast open a little earlier which was great. Breakfast was brilliant too, wish we could have made more of it.i
