Hotel Europa is outstanding. The staff is also outstanding, the view from our room was amazing. The breakfast was absolutely one of the best that we ever had, great variety and high quality items. To us, this is a 5 star hotel. Kudos to the management.

A little more counter space in the bathroom and washcloths

Our view was very nice, although no balcony. The morning breakfast with a view of the ocean was a great experience. Having a free shuttle to town was a big plus!!

Lobby area needs renovation. Bathroom had a slight sewage odor.

Junior suite is large, with comfortable bed and lovely sea view. The free shuttle to local beaches and town is also a big plus and very convenient. Breakfast offered good choice compared to other Italian establishments. Free parking in front of the hotel was appreciated.

Huge, huge, huge surprise for a 3 star hotel. In a positive way... The view of the bay, breakfast, room, bathroom size, free parking , lovely staff. Real value for money. The biggest surprise in recent years in terms of hotels....

My only complaint is the AC seemed to shut down after 4 hours. That may have been some sort of user error. I woke up to kind of hot. I turned it back on and went back to sleep.

The included breakfast was unbelievable. The view from breakfast and from the room was the nicest view on our trip to Italy. The bathroom was quite cool and it's always a plus to have a double sink. Very very modern. The room was huge with two AC units and two single pull out beds.

There really is nothing that stands out for me.

The view was exceptional and so were all of the staff at this hotel. They could not have been more helpful from the valet, to the reception staff and the chauffeur. Really loved this hotel and the view from my room was amazing.

A very nice hotel with fabulous views. Spotless. The breakfast's were simply excellent with charming and very nice staff. Only one small suggestion for the management; ensure that the first welcome (on arrival) by the front-desk person is more friendly, informative and helpful. At least on our experience, it seemed we were being a bit ignored. But otherwise, recommended.

The location was slightly removed from the busy town, peaceful remove . The breakfast,staff and bedroom were excellent. The lounge / reception area poorish, no atmosphere. Very much a walking through area.

The breakfast was fantastic with an amazing selection of fresh fruits, breads, pastries, salads, meat and cheese. Real honeycomb for fresh honey. The free shuttle down to town was appreciated and convenient.

Dinner service in the restaurant.

Absolutely stunning views over Lerici and across the sea. The hotel is modern, very bright and clean. The parking is just opposite and a little tight but there seems to be plenty for everyone. The breakfast is amazing - such a choice. The restaurant staff were all helpful and friendly. It would be nice if there was an option to have dinner in the hotel, especially with the restaurant terrace overlooking the views.
