Bathtub scarily high

The shower kept going hot and cold. The cleaning staff took and threw away our travel plastic bags, which is a pain as we had to go and buy new ones! To the manager: this should be a learning opportunity for the staff, do not do this, tidy them up, put them straight but do not throw them away! Thanks

while we were there the temperatures were around 25 degrees Celsius during the day and it warms up the room. The hotel staff said they can‘t turn the air conditioning on due to regulations from the governmental authority. Since our room window opens to a happening street, keeping it open for ventilation during late night brought lot of noise inside.

The property is clean and is at an accessible location to the main attractions in Rome. You take the bus 81 from the stop in front of the Hotel and you can travel until Vatican City. The staff were really pleasant and helpful in providing all the services they could. The breakfast spread was amazing.

it is really far from all attractions (40-50 min bus),

Hotel is ok, far from center but has its own district with restaurants. Distance from Termini was ok to reach with tram, to reach city center you need to change metro. Room was big enough for our family, room had massage bath which was relaxing and girls in front desk were very gentle too

We just unlucky as we didn’t have good view from our room.

We stayed for 6 nights at the hotel on the first week of january 2024… and was very surprised to find that the room was clean and spacious for 3 people. Staffs were very kind and helpful. Strategic location as it is very close to Pigneto metro station. We arrived at 8 AM and asked whether it is possible to have early check in … we almost don’t believe that we have room ready for early check in. We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again once I go back to Rome. Our stay at the hotel was a memorable one.

The area outside wasn't nice..graffiti everywhere and a very long walk distance to the coliseum and centre of Rome.

Very close to a safe parking for our car. Close to Pigneto metro station. Easy check-in 24h/7. Room cleaned every day. Nice staff

I believe this is the 10th time I check in this hotel (maybe more, don’t know) If it were bad would I? If it were average wouldn’t I have looked for a better one?

Bathroom, floor when wet is extremely dangerous. The shower leaks out during use and is very slippery. I fell and hurt myself. It's been 3 weeks, and I am still hurting. I suggest you put some safety strips on the floor or a rail.

It's first time when in hotel you didn't receive disposable slippers. At first we didn't have teapot in the room, and it was delivered after. No tea/coffee set in room, never saw smth like this. The rest is ok.
