Very elegant and stylish. Amazing classical art, has a sense of history about it. It was my wife’s birthday and when we arrived the staff had already upgraded us and our room was stunning. All the staff could not have done more to make us feel welcome and valued. Thank you!

Booked this hotel as a bday gift for my husband and it did not disappoint. I believe they upgraded our room for no extra cost, giving us a lovely sea view. The staff was very kind, special mention to the gentlemen at the bar who prepare the most delicious cocktails and keep the cat Tequilla, as the bar mascot:) Breakfast was good and the entrées for dinner were superb. The hotel has a old era charm and even tho it can be a bit outdated (the menus for the ladies have no mention of the price, unlike the men's) take it as an experience and laugh about how things used to be back in the day.

United KingdomSome of the male staff in the restaurants bordered on being rude. In the dining room for dinner, we were rushed to make choices and the lead waiter made us feel that we were doing him a real favour to eat there. At breakfast, one of the male waiters was also a bit off hand. Such a shame, as dining in a hotel like this one is part of the whole experience. No one should be made to feel uncomfortable. Without customers, they don't have jobs.
The reception staff were delightful. We were upgraded, free of charge, to a superior room and it was absolutely superb. We had a small balcony from which we could see the harbour. There was everything in the room that you could want. Luxurious. Dinner was delicious and breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice.

Yes, the hotel may have some imperfections in the decoration of the rooms - it is not new, but it definitely has the spirit of the old school five-star luxury hotels that you feel when you cross the threshold. Classic disign, paintings on the walls, waiters in the white uniform... For us - we really liked everything - the quality of the room, the bed, the view, the service. Very tasty breakfast. Well equipped gym, heated pool. Free parking. Will return here again with great pleasure.
