I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Excelsior Parco in Capri and it was an unforgettable experience. The facilities were excellent with comfortable room and a stunning view of the blue sea. But what truly impressed me was the staff. They are incredibly attentive and hospitable, always going the extra mile to ensure that I and my wife had a wonderful time. Kudos to Gaia, Gabriella, Gianpiero, Stefano and Buddika. If you are looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Capri, I highly recommend the Excelsior Parco!

The staff was incredible. Friendly from the first step onto the property with a welcome drink, to the morning greetings, to the driver that took you around town. Amazing. The property is also beautiful and the rooms are spectacular.

Beautiful property with extremely attentive staff, the service was incredible. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the hot tub terrace was an absolutely experience. Only regret is we did not have more time here! We will be back!

The hotel was classy, luxurious, romantic and the staff were superb. Don't think I've ever stayed at such an amazing hotel and I've been lucky enough to stay in some of the best. The food was amazing too. And the staff made our trip extra special. We had a se view room with hot tub.... wow!!

We had the best experience at this hotel. We were upgraded to a wonderful room with a sea view, where we could relax in a very clean and charmingly decorated room, relax in the jacuzzi under the moonlight at night, and have the most delicious breakfast overlooking the deep blue sea in the morning. When we left, the hotel shuttle took us to the meeting point and helped us buy tickets, and we received great hospitality. The reception, driver, restaurant, and staff all provided the best hospitality. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

Incredible stay . The staff went above and beyond for me and my partner . They gave us a free room upgrade for our entire stay. The car service into town and the port is first class . Special mention to the chef and his team ( Pepi I think his name was) who provided amazing breakfast every morning . Great rooms, great pool , amazing views . Quality all round

Nothing, except when I needed to make change from larger bills, they were sometimes not able to. But no other complaints at all!

No gym on-site but they have a fabulous gym accessible by the hotel shuttle which was included.

Gorgeous building with lots of character and charm. Decent sized rooms which were gorgeously decorated clean and comfortable. The garden terrace was very tranquil and a nice place to enjoy meals. This is a boutique hotel with very few guests and so there is a lot of privacy. The staff were phenomenal. Always happy to help and couldn’t do enough for you. The shuttle service was superb, it was basically like having your own personal driver. They were always just there ready and waiting to do drop offs and pickups. Great location. Easy to get to from the main port. Excellent food and breakfast.

The staff here went above and beautiful make us feel truly at home. I mean that, as a small hotel you felt like it was your home as well. The rooms were spacious and thoughtful. The food and drinks were very tasty. And the shuttle service was fast and operated on a solid schedule.

Everything was great.

Beautiful hotel with private jacuzzi and terrace. Staff were lovely and friendly. Car and driver available to take us into town and more importantly to pick us up when we were too tired to walk back.
