The quality of the breakfast was dissapointing, especially for the price and the multiple options in near vicinity. The tap in the bathtub needs to be changed, since it is broken and not working properly.

Location (2-3 minutes on foot from Central Station) and staff were great. Family room was good size, a bit on the tight side, when the sofa is set up for sleeping but fully ok for a short stay.

Chosen to be close to train station as travelling around Italy , nice bar and breakfast area, staff were polite and helpful , decor in room slightly dated but rooms very clean . Had a slight issue the second day with plumbing in our boys bathroom flooding and within 30 minutes were moved to a superior suite on first floor and that was lovely and refurbished

The breakfast area was very busy, but this is to be expected in a hotel of this size. More gluten free options for breakfast would've been nice. The ceiling in the entrance to the room was odd, as you could see the ducting in some areas through the panelling.

The location of this hotel is very convenient and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the double windows for the road noise - the room was very quiet, even though it faced the street.

Toilets in the basement were a bit whiffy and didn’t look like they were cleaned regularly . Maybe they aren’t used much ?

Excellent location, immediately opposite the train station and only 10 minute walk to the old town. Station area felt safe which was important as we travelled with children. Staff were all delightful and helpful. Family room was large, comfortable and clean with great amenities. Really pleased with our stay.

I was very impressed with the hotel. The room was spacious and nicely designed. Great attention to every detail is evident in all amenities and services. It is welcoming and very comfortable. The location is great, right in front of Bologna Centrale train station. The lobby has convenient sitting areas and convenient access to the conference center. The reception staff were very attentive. There is a security guard keeping watch at all times. And there was a great breakfast in a spacious dining room.

Not probably the properties fault but due to poor cellular connection while booking (and we booked urgently as our train was canceled and we were stranded) I got charged 3 times for the room and to date only one of the 3 has been refunded. Otherwise no complaints.

Beautiful, clean and friendly. Rooms were spacious. Directly across from the train station - quality was completely unexpected for 2 lost travelers late at night so close to trains and for the price. It was amazing.

Everything. From the minute we walked to check in to the minute we walked to check out. The hotel looked and smelled fresh and clean. The staff was professional and courteous. The rooms are large and clean. The snack packets were a nice touch. The location in Bologna for a train travelers is perfect. We will definitely will stay at your properties again.

TV - No service / Satellite issues Reception Staff - Tedious No safe outside area designated for smoking, had stand outside front. No Swimming facility although information said swimming facility in Fitness area

Only the toaster was quite dangerous. It was a faff and the metal claw things to hold the toast fell out
