No walking routes - hills as far as you can see all owned by the owner of the house but not one footpath Pool could do with a bit of upkeep as bits were peeling off Room was fine but not the same as photos Only one set of bin bags provided for a 9 night stay

Beautiful property with so much potential to be 10/10, staff and owners were lovely. Good value for money too

Remote quiet location in the beautiful landscape in the centre of the Tuscany

There were some insects on the bedding - apparently, from the straw bedrests - they helped us deal with it, it seems they were harmless, but it might be a good idea to change the bedrests so this doesn’t happen again. + the apartment we took had a gazebo kinda far away, and it wasn’t a very busy season so we should’ve prob asked to use something closer.

This was exactly the kind of rustic, Tuscan experience we expected: very old stone houses, with antique furniture, and with sweeping views. You can see Siena in the distance!

The location is great for visiting Siena and many other beautiful towns and villages, the views from the property are stunning, the welcome and care from Ian was warm, friendly and informative. We loved the breakfast in the main building.

The rooms were nice but some things took a little from the experience. The kitchen was very limited in equipment. Oven and stove with a couple larger pots only. Ok for pasta but not great for much else. There was no tea kettle or coffee pot or microwave. The rooms needed more lighting. The master was a bit dark and could be fixed with lamp or two more. Another item that would be a good addition would be a Smart TV. Unfortunately, if you don’t understand Italian, the TV broadcast is not useful. The ability for us foreign tourists to use our web services on the TV would be nice. Radi is close to Siena but the roads as small, twisting and low speed, so it takes 25-30 minutes to get to Siena. Montalcino is about an hour. Some may find that undesirable but we booked an argiStay place in order to enjoy the country. And it is beautiful to drive through.

Beautiful location, nice apartment and pool! The quiet and ambiance of the villa and yard is so relaxing. Many families quietly used the pool and picnic area in the hot weather. The evenings had a nice breeze. There is a small family restaurant bar in Radi which is pretty much the villa and the bar. Good food and drinks. The apartment was good size for 4 of us. Only one bathroom to share. Kitchen but a bit limited. Beds were good. Have a washing machine and AC. The Staff, Ian, was very nice and helpful.

There were some funny noises ( I guess due to old structure) but nothing that disturb our sleep

-Peaceful and beautiful place to stay, 1 hour drive away from main touristic cities. Iain ( the apartments’ administrator) was very nice and helpful showing us around

Villa Radi is the perfect place from where you can start to discover Tuscany. We stayed there for one week and took daily trips to Firenze, Sienna, Montepulcino, Pienza and other small cities. We stayed in the Istrice apt, which has two bedrooms, a small kitchen with essential amenities and a dining area. The main attraction for our two girls was the pool and the garden and we appreciated the silence and perfect sunsets over Tuscan hills. The Villa is part of centuries old village that was built by an old italian family and the furnishings and surroundings maintain the traditional Italian spirit. A special thanks to Ian, who was a kind host, always attentive and helpful🤗

The kitchen facilities were basic in our little apartment but fine.

The Agriturismo concept at it's best. Self-contained, air-conditioned accommodation within well kept grounds that included a swimming pool. Handy little cafe close by was an asset here in the middle of the countryside.

Absolutely nothing

Everything was perfect from day 1 to day 8, this place is absolutely stunning, the houses are confortable, the wi-fi worked really well when we had to work a bit, the pool and its view are magical. This is one of the best places we all have ever been to so thank you so much for your kindness and availability <3

Our stay was absolutely perfect, it is one of the most beautiful location we all have ever seen in Tuscany ! The houses are big and confortable and the pool area is the dream come true. We were getting married a few days after and it was the perfect place to settle down and to get some rest before the Dday, with my husband, some friends and our families, who rented other houses. Thank you so much to Enrichietta and Ian for making our stay so nice and easy, it was a pleasure and we will definitely come back !

Very basic set up in both apartments we rented, kitchen not equipped enough to cook a proper meal taking into account that there are no restaurants in a walking distance. Pool chairs were broken and it took a couple of days for the staff to fix them until majority of guests started having problems.

Perfect quiet location, very clean apartments. Perfect garden set up, bbq available for guests which made a real difference. Approachable staff.

The facilities in the room we booked for five (nicchio room) was a mix of refurbished kitchen and older bedrooms. The bedrooms are a little dark, humid and damp perhaps due to the hilly location but once the aircon is on in the bedrooms, they are better. The key for the common bathroom was missing, we did find out that the key was misplaced/lost during the renovation, so we were not able to lock the common bathroom door when it was in use.

Ian who helped us with our late check in was hospitable and very amicable. The location was fantastic and the views of the rolling hills were magical each sunrise and sunset. The true pleasure of being in the country of Tuscany. The drive to neighbouring city sights such as Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza was pleasant and manageable too.
