bad smell in the reception and where breakfast was taken...the televisions in tiny rooms and only for decoration because they didn't work...you have to be careful because they don't have any advertisement outside and you can only find it after the name on the intercom at the front door...

Neighbourhood was a little rough with street drunkenness. Felt safe in Federicas and a block away. Wifi variable, but is a common problem in Italy. Lift as often the case began at mezzanine level which means there are stairs to manage initially.

Close proximity to the train station. The staff was very helpful. We were two couples and booked two rooms. We had an early tour start one morning and they came in early and made us a quick breakfast.

The street the accommodation is on can be a bit noisy (but the rooms have air-con so it's not a big problem).

Accommodation is about 10 minutes walk to the Colosseum and the Termini train station. The owner is very kind and helpful. Rooms are cleaned everyday and breakfast is also very nice (not too much food but plenty) with great italian coffee, croissants and other. Alltogether smaller on the inside, but also quite cozy and quiet.

Not enough chairs/tables for breakfast when all visitors arrive at once. We ended up standing in the kitchen to eat breakfast on our final morning.

Clean, spacious twin room. Helpful, friendly host. One stop away from Termini so great for exploring the city. Federica kindly provided a takeaway breakfast for an early start exploring the city. Air con and fridge in the room both very welcome.

For the check-in, I had to wait outside with a baby and bags for her to arrive, and it took a little wild. It was cold outside and it was not the best experience. I had messaged the arrival time a couple of hours before. They should wait for you there on arrival to open the door to the building.

Federica is amazing! The place is pretty clean, and you have all you need. Breakfast is very good although it is always the same, and the location is convenient. It's quiet at night for sleeping time. I would recommend the place to others looking for something simple and good in a good location.

The location, as it was bit difficult to find the property. When get inside, the 2nd floor was okay, but the lift access was pathetic as it was only for 1 person kind of lift. So would prefer to take stairs if you're to the stay.

Excellent breakfast- fruit, croissants and various pastry, eggs, cereals, bread, coffee made specially for you, and juice. Great location close to Metro which takes you straight to city centre and the Vatican, and cheap. Near the main road is not particularly nice at night but the road where the accommodation is located is quiet and surrounding area lovely. Lots of eating places and groceries nearby. Just across from Federica's house is an Italian restaurant that is superb! But book early or there is a long wait. The greatest thing about the accommodation is Federica herself. Extremely helpful and goes out of her way to help with anything. I asked for a kettle and some cups to make tea but she gave us tea and coffee bags and milk as well. Wonderful service. Our room was better than the pictures!

Not a dislike it's just not to expect anything fancy, it's basic but very clean. The room was on the second floor and had a small old fashioned lift but it was unique and worked well and we didn't have to climb the stairs with luggage so not a negative at all.

Great location, 10 MINS walk from Colosseum and same to train station. There was also a metro Station around the corner and lovely restaurant on the corner. Apartment was very clean and Federica provided everything we needed, info and even gave us fruit, yogurt and some bread the night before we left for early flight so we would have something to eat before we left

Lady in the reception was wonderful even she doesn’t speak English but was really helpful to get transportation at the airport. In general she was wonderful explaining to get Vatican City in Metro, and all sightseeing, thank you! We got to the Coliseum walking. 👌🏽

Federica was amazing. She has created an excellent spot within Rome. Not only was the accomodation excellent, she was an excellent person. She uses her environment to help people by employing staff who would not be treated well elsewhere. Not only this, but she even cares for them as an advocate. On the business side, the rooms are clean, well furnished and safe. She takes a particular pride in her breakfast service as well, making sure to provide a good variety of italian choices for a great start to the day.

The room was clean and comfortable and very good value for money. Breakfast was also good and the host is very nice. The location is just 15 min away from the Colloseum. They kept our lugguage after check out till 6pm.
