Excellent place, except that the very nice cleaning lady cleans quite loudly in the morning. Everyone is super nice. I love that you can get free coffee. The accommodation is neither elegant nor luxury, but you don't expect that either. It is wonderful that it is so close to the train station.

The naberhood was scaring - lots of black man sitting or laying on the streets, noisy and streets were not clean, rubbish everywhere.

Room was nice and clean. Stuff friendly. Easy to travel by metro, by train.

It is on the 3rd floor. Access via a small one person elevator if you have luggage. But it was fine

Super nice place , the stuff was very helpful and kind . Just buy a new toilet brush , and maybe clean the shower a little bit more , everything else was perfect. I Recommend it ;)

The location was a little noisy, and probably not somewhere I would have felt comfortable walking around at night.

The owner was amazing & went out of his way to ensure we knew where to go, what to see, and how to get there. He even walked with us to make sure we didn't get lost!

 The Wi-Fi was intermittent at best. Depending on what part of the room you were in as to whether you actually got a signal. I think that something that should be addressed. 

Very much appreciated location to the bus station although that brings some of its own issues as well. Paolo was exceptional in meeting us late at night to let us into the place. Patricia was very sweet and helped us with coffee and conversation in the morning.

Don’t be put off by the location it’s a very authentic area of Italy and we had no issues.

Really cute BnB - couldn’t fault the room. It was clean and comfortable. The host was great really responsive and attentive. Location great right next to the train station.

It is a little difficult to get inside the building, and you have to talk to Fabio via whatsapp, also the outsides are very scary till you get used to it. I would not recommend it to woman travelling alone. The elevator is small (1 person a time) and seems unreliable, I used the stairs.

Fabio and the staff do their best to receive the guests, and it was a relief that apart from Naples being a mess, the hotel was clean and organized. The room had a very needed air conditioner, which I'm grateful for.

The pillow was not very comfortable, and you could hear very clearly conversations and activities from other areas in the hotel.

The area around to some can seem a bit rough but we had no trouble and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. WiFi was hit and miss but I get free internet on my phone so didn't affect me. Had to pay city tax on arrival that I wasn't aware of (but that may be in the information and I just didn't read it properly!) - it wasn't a lot anyway.

Loved the communication from them. Very prompt with any questions I had and also the ease of the checking in/out process. In terms of the apartment, the proximity to the train station was great. Also, the bus from the airport that takes around 10/15 mins and it's a 5 min walk to the apartment which is awesome.
