The hotel doesn't provide breakfast but they have a deal with a local restaurant (5 minutes walk) and you can get a traditional breakfast between €5-8 per person.

Great hotel, staff service excellent and very informative with places and things to do. They go out of their way to accommodate you. Great location, rooms huge and clean, near to everything. Both ladies the owner and manager were great. Hotel not managed 24/7 by staff in reception but the ladies live opposite and it wasn't a problem. Definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Stayed in one of the suites with a terrace. The high ceilings, spacious room and friendly staff made our stay great. The room was decorated traditionally(in an appealing way) and the amenities were satisfactory. I would like to especially thank Arta for her support and welcoming attitude. She was very helpful and greeted us with a smile each time. Highly recommended!

My only issue was the comfort of the room. My room was super hot. However, I also recognize that this is out of control of the owner as the heating system is turned on by season- they were having a warmer than usual February and so my room was pretty 'toasty'. Staff/owner helped out by finding a fan and opening the windows. They assured me that it was safe- admittedly as a single woman, traveling alone, I didn't sleep the *best* with the windows open and would have preferred to just be able to turn the heat down. I want to make sure it is known that absolutely nothing happened (as they said it wouldn't), but just some paranoia as a single traveler which reduced comfort. But again, that's outside of their control. ***I write this just so anyone else booking may be aware and perhaps could request a different room if it is warm out and traveling alone. The staff and owners went out of their way to help in every way.

Really great location, with the best staff. The rooms are beautiful. This was my second stay at Firenze Suites while in Florence and I'll definitely stay again.

Towel wasn't good cleaned. We had to ask for change and it was fixed very quickly. Poore sound isolation.

Central location. The room was large and clean. Bed is comfortable with warm blankets. It was possible to open the window in case of need. In the bathroom were hairdryer and slippers available as well as other stuff. There is also a small kitchen corner in the room with a cooking stove and fridge. Tasty breakfast in the nice authentic cafe just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

We love such a classic and beautiful room with its stylish fresco. It's spacious, cozy and tidy. We booked for one night, but we stayed for two nights. It is easy to reach Cathedral, museums and gallery by a short walk, Blerina was very helpful to recommended us the places to visit and to eat We really love to stay the suite and hope we will be back. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Firenze Suite for 4 nights, we were arranged in a separate apartment with an entrance to a small garden, it’s far beyond our expectations, the room is very clean, spacious and well equipped with almost everything you need, especially the room was well cleaned and towels replaced everyday by the staff. The location is also very perfect, in a quiet residential area but very close to the centre of Florence, 10-15 minutes walk can reach its major scenic spots. Ms Blerina, the manager of this Suite was also very kind to us and she gave us all assistance to park and drive out our SUV in the nearby garage, her excellent driving skill in a narrow street garage deeply impressed me.
