During our stay we have faced issues with hot water twice.

The room is really good, and the location is amazing. The hotel is a walking distance from the main points of the city.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a lot of information about getting around and looking out for everything we needed. When we got there it was raining and even gave us umbrellas to get around. The rooms were nice and the location is perfect for walking everywhere.

Only bad thing, yet not really their fault. One of the building door is difficult to use. So it gets frustrating to spin the coin in hope you'll get to sleep :)

Nothing actually but make sure than when Reception staff arrives at 10am in the morning so make sure your dont arrive with your luggage to drop off earlier than 10am because the property door will be closed WiFi wasn’t connecting in our room but we already knew that before we arrive ( from the reviews) so we didn’t connect to it at all and depended on cellular data

- The location is amazing especially in Roma heat where it was very easy to go back to the hotel and rest during noon hours. There is a bus stop right on front of it - Staff were very friendly and helpful - AC well working - the anterior of the building is very interesting the entrance is amazing with a vintage elevator but the rooms are modern and minimal I highly highly recommend this place i will come back everytime i visit Rome again

Location is great. A stone’s throw away from Navona, full of gourmet restaurants and tourst attractions. Room is spacious and clean. Reception is kind, gentle and friendly.

Amazing location, lovely staff, clean comfortable room, very quiet- no noise at all, so slept very well! Building is very romantic, cool entrance. Re restaurant staff kindly bought complimentary drinks to room on first night. Didn't matter re restaurant because loads of good cafes very close.

Having one set of keys was the only set back

This hotel was in an amazing location, right next to Piazza Navona and the price was also good, relatively to the other hotels in Rome. It was also one of the most modern-looking hotels I have ever been to in the city. The host was also a very kind lady who offered us free water, juice, and beer, even if we did only take water. I would recommend very much.

The room and the furniture are a bit shabby. The bed is not very comfortable and quite noisy from the street. But for us the location compensates those things. For 2-3 nights is perfect

Great central location, 15-30 min walk to all main touristic spots. Nice breakfast restaurant 5 min walk. The room is spacious, everything you need is there.

The only thing we would recommend is to make the windows in the room facing the street much more safer from sound! It was hard to get to sleep. The street was very noisy. In Florence we had similar room but the windows were double and safe from outside noise. So we do recommend to update them! ;)
